Everything especially how homely and comfortable it was.
Nothing because everything was great.

The Danube location between the bridges was excellent, the roomy apartment was very quiet, and best of all , for older clients, had a shower and was accessible by a lift. Kitchen was very well equipped as we like to cook . Dining and lounge area very comfortable.
Only a couple and this is why we didn't rate it higher. The amount and quality of pillows , could be improved. Same comment for the bathroom towels.

On arrival at the airport we received a number of texts from the complementary taxi service detailing exactly where to meet the driver. They'd even included a short video clip showing directions from the terminal building. The apartment owner was waiting to greet us on arrival.
Our flight was delayed meaning we nearly missed the 11 pm check in curfew. Critical that visitors ensure they'll be there ahead of this deadline.

Exceptional service and attention to detail. The facilities were immaculate, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. We would gladly return.
