Fabulously equipped property. Excellent house users guide. Very very comfortable. Good outside space.

Nothing, wouldn't change anything.

Everything, we were all impressed from the beginning. Received emails with all the information we could have needed. The property was simple to find and very welcoming. Clean and warm on arrival. The lounge is comfortable with views from the bay window. Lots of fun extras and a useful information pack. Bedrooms great, lovely beds very homely. Two lovely bathroom each with great showers. Kitchen was very very well equipped and a great space. Again plenty of instruction on ALL equipment is supplied in a great folder. Conservatory and nice sized garden. It was very easy to feel at home. Great base to see the area. This is a beautiful home and would stay again when next in the area.

Everything we could have wanted, can't think of any negatives.

Very comfortable place to stay. We loved the views from the windows. The decor was tasteful and there were so many nice aspects of this property. It was very well equipped. It was also extremely peaceful.

The approach to the house by road was a bit tricky.

Lovely spacious three double bedrooms and two bath rooms, brilliant signage and information all over the property. Well stocked with all kitchen utensils and even books, games and out door toys.

Absolutely everything - beautiful homely feel, well equipped and a safe space for the dog. We have stayed many times in Hayle and this property was the nicest yet

Loved everything about it

This property is fantastic, has all the amenities you could think off, lots of cutlery plates Ect kitchenware was fantastic brand new state of the art kitchen! So great for a family feast! Dec chairs in the conservatory table and chairs in there also, so great little place to sit in the cold, huge outdoor space with a fantastic view of hayle estuary, there is a brand new bathroom at the back of the property that is to die for absolutely stunning finish! With a smaller bathroom in the centre on the property! The bedrooms were fantastic huge master bedroom at the front of the property with a great bed with a lovely view over hayle, great size front room two smaller but still big in size double bedrooms and the back half of the property! So as you can tell is a great sized property to stay on if you have a large family or just like lots of space. No review could do this property justice, just a fantastic get away in a fantastic location! Also a massive double drive big enough for 2/3 cars depending how big your car is! But we had 2 and was still lots of room at the front of the drive.

I wouldn’t say there is anything to dislike about the property it’s self, the road leading up to the property is a bit tight but if you don’t drive like a doughnut you will be fine!

The bungalow was really well furnished and equipped. It looks even better than the online pictures. Recently decorated so everything had a very fresh feel. Very comfortable double beds, everything we needed. Particularly liked the recliner sofas (two of them) they were very stylish and comfortable. Very peaceful and quiet inside. Everything we needed was provided, even games and binoculars to look out at the Copper pool. Good enclosed garden for the dog too. About 30 minutes walk to Hayle beach and very close to supermarkets and fish and chips.

There's nothing to do to improve on the bungalow, it is really exceptional in the way it has been thought out and equipped. The other points are not dislikes, more observations. There's ample parking for 2 cars in the front drive but it is a bit of tight manoeuvre to reverse out as the road which the house is on is unadopted. We had 2 cars so we struggled a bit but with one car it is probably a lot easier as more space to reverse out, etc. Nothing impossible just takes a bit of focus. Hayle beach is a fantastic beach but there isn't too much in Hayle yet, however, everything we did try was great, ie meals out at pubs and restaurants was first class, good service, etc. Once more development happens near the beach Hayle will probably become a hotspot over time. So book up now, we would certainly stay in the bungalow again.
