Cosy ,clean, central location . Quiet area. Having queen beds.
Ants in kitchen. Light bulb was blown in toilet, spare bulb in cupboard was also blown.

It was lovely, spacious and quiet. Good location and helpful assistance when we needed them!

I liked the nicely decorated space that there were things to make it easy for us and comfortable - such as a washing machine & dryer even washing powder. Also plenty of spare bedding which was helpful thanks alot for that. Thoughtful things to make our stay comfortable. Thank you -even fijoas (although we were unsure if they were a free gift or not - same with some of the coffee drinks might be worth letting other guests know).
I found it hard to find the email that had the lock code so I needed to call to ask about it. (My husband passed info on about a faulty socket that shorted twice so hopefully that can be fixed shortly :)

Great, comfortable and homely unit. In a good location to walk to cafes, restaurants and bars and fairly close to the city and Hamilton Gardens.
It was a bit difficult communicating with the property managers via booking.com, they did not seem to be receiving my responses.

The location was excellent especially for those wanting to play croquet at either Galloway Street or at the Claudelands Croquet Club. Also, having access to Netflix rather than SKY was different but very much appreciated. Overall, a very comfortable, warm, home away from home experience with a raft of good eateries close by.

We loved the location. We didn't know you could do breakfast. Very guppy we would stay again. Peaceful.

It was very clean and easy to be there. Close to the nearest shopping area. Quiet, secluded. I like to cook and the full kitchen is great.
Just a few minor improvements: non functional light bulbs needed replacing. The range hood was completely out of action. Some minor items for feeling more at home such as coasters, and smallish bowls for things like nuts, chippies, dips. Another wooden kitchen board could be useful.

Man bedroom mattress - can feel the springs, not overly comfortable to sleep on (we placed blankets under the sheets to lessen the impact of the springs

Everything. Neat little place. Had everything we needed. Good location. Home nice, clean and warm.
Didn't receive lock box code from booking.com until the second day of our stay when I got multiple emails all at once with the lockbox code . Host provided the code by txt on the day so we could get in.

Perfect location for a visit to the Hamilton Gardens. Nice space with everything you need for a short stay. Some great cafes up the road

Fantastic location easy able to walk into town very handy to local shops on Grey Street. My 16 year old son loves the TV he said it was right up to date. Good internet connection which is important. Nice to have a dining room table to enjoy my breakfast on..
