YOTEL Manchester Deansgate

Value for money

nothing to improve

Central location, efficient and fast check-in and friendly staff

Room was right next to lifts and behind the drinks service in the corridor. The door to the room was in its own little corridor for privacy but staff kept pinning the door open so I heard every time lift opened and people chatted, as well as presumably cleaning staff in the cupboard next to the room itself. Cooked breakfast items were all almost cold on Monday morning. I wasn’t feeling very well so didn’t raise with anyone but I’ve had a much better and hotter breakfast here before and it was a main reason I chose the hotel. Like most decent hotels in Manchester now the prices were high for Sat and Sunday nights, which was clearly because the half marathon was happening. It would be nice in the future if offers could be created for events like this rather than feeling like you’re being taken advantage of.

The location, The Breakfast.

Although it is a 4-star hotel, the overall experience felt more like staying in a 2-star hotel.

Location. Clean. Modern.

Bed was very uncomfortable- very hard mattress.
