Like - location as we had family a few blocks away in Innisfil. Other options were to stay in Barrie. The suite was fairly new, simple decor and very basic essentials as mentioned. Parking was in owners spot not on road.

Stairs are very steep, steps are short(not to code)/not accessible for anyone with mobility issues. Low ceiling, doorways less than 6ft, primer no paint, 3 windows at ceiling height/not accessible for escape/locked/only one large enough for escape if you can get up to it, oven dirty with pans from previous guest, 2 can openers, one didn't work at all, the other had broken plastic handle, small whisk had broken plastic handle that broke, we replaced both. The description says soundproofing, definitely not, children/family upstairs can be heard.

The place was clean. Everything that was needed was available. Host was nice.

It had said that it was beachfront, it was not. It was at least a 7min drive and it was costly to park at the beach.

The cleanliness was great would definitely recommend again just wanted to get away from are house for a few hours would have spent nite but life was calling had a great evening
