Incredible service and hospitality at the perfect location within the walled city. Extraordinary breakfast spread with fresh bread, homemade jams and marmalade, coffee or tea, eggs to order, cheese. Room was very well appointed and decorated and extremely comfortable. Hosts take very good care of this accommodation. Would give this place six stars out of five if I could.

The room is spacious and the beds are comfy. The hotel itself is really nicely decorated, plenty of plants and green spaces. The breakfast is delicious and fresh with good coffee and juice. The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to everything in the old town and street parking is available outside. We'll be staying again (it's already our second stay)!

One evening our key card stopped working and we could not get access to our room. Probably our fault for not taking both cards out with us. It's only a small hotel and is not manned 24/7 so getting hold of someone to let us in was quite difficult. All resolved in the end though! The room we stayed in had a bedroom and living area, but only 1 AC in the bedroom and no fans. This made the living area quite hot as we stayed during June.

It was really nice and far beyond expectations, very homy, cosy and beautiful. it is in the center of historical site, so you would literally live there. the staff is effective and very helpful.

I think the best place to stay some nights in Famagusta, for us above expectations. The place is beautiful, the people very kind, the room very comfortable and the breakfast amazing. An historic house as you cannot find many in all Cyprus, renovated very nicely

We really liked the look and feel of the building.

We didn’t like that the room appeared dark, But it was understandable as the building can not be adapted due to its history. We also found the sofa bed in the deluxe suite was uncomfortable.

The facility was amazing designed with a local sense. Tolga and Ege were amazing hosts and we spend two more days after our visit in their guest house. In every visit of ours the room was clean and comfortable. We shared amazing dinner with them and other locals in the city. The breakfast was fantastic with full of special things. All the staff especially Gül and Saadet was very polite and helpful with everything. We will visit them again for sure.

Warm, friendly welcome and having put our suitcases in our room, the owner showed us where to park for free. The hotel is only minutes from the town centre and all its sights and is easy to access from the surrounding roads, but is totally quiet with no passing traffic. The room was spacious and comfortable and we had a lovely view of plants and a small pond. The breakfast was quite special, with a selection which changed daily, and included egg, meat, bread, home made jams and marmalade, olives and fruit. Overall an excellent experience

Lighting in the room was a little dim when sitting on the bed to read. We preferred it when there was no music in the breakfast area, as we could hear it in our room.

Breakfast was amazing. Wonderful assortment of fresh fruits. Olives, locally sourced cheese and the most delicious home made preserves. My favorite was the lemon marmalade, followed by everything 😋 🙌 ❤️. The bread was fresh and assorted daily including a special treat of homemade , home grown mint/cheese bread. Yummy 😋. Ege, her mother and Tolga her husband are the most gracious helpful hosts. ANYTHING, they can help with, they will. The location cannot be better. Just of the main square inside the old walled city. Quiet at night, yet within minutes walk from restaurants, bars, historic monuments and shops. My second time to visit. Will definitely be back.

A little family hotel that is simply excellent. Located in a small and quiet street, it is tastefully furnished and decorated. Tolga welcomes you warmly and is at your service throughout your stay, with advice on how to visit the city, find good restaurants nearby, etc. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is exceptional, delicious, copious, and it is very pleasant to have it on the terrace with the morning sun. This is the place to be when you come to Famagusta!

Great location in a wonderful building. Everything was comfortable and pretty clean. The staff was really friendly, they made you feel welcome. You could see that they are really dedicated to their work. You have breakfast included, which is an experience in itself, with all kinds of home-made delights. I would really recommend this!
