Very enjoyable stay. Big enough to accommodate 2 adults & 2 almost adult children with the 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Pretty much everything you would need was available in the room.

Would be great if Number 9 or Comfy name was on outside of property. Messaged through re downlights in dining area not working to no reply. issue with door not automatically locking. Sent email and phone to Comfy but no one came back to us to sort problem. Security is most important for both parties. Eventually Ruby maintenance repaired lock. Pickup of key needs to be better as when you are being delivered by shuttle it is not possible for driver to wait so needed to get taxi for rest of journey extra cost.

The place was really nice and not too far from the beach. Location is quite good with ships nearby. Host responded to my querries promptly. The cleanliness of certain aspects of the house needs to improve. 1. The spare blankets and quilt covers need to be washed. The spare quilt cover had a stain on it and so did the spare pillows in the wardrabe. These need replacing!2. Kitchen - We could not cook at all as the pots and pans were unusable. They were very old full of scratches. The Kettle as well could not be used aa it was very dirty and needs replacement. We had to boil water using the microwave which was quite inconvenient. 3 . Windows and wardrobe mirtows need to be cleaned.4. Balcony railings need cleaning. Very dirty and dusty5. Blinds in sitting room need replacing. One side is taped down the other side is quite old.Overall the place is really nice and the building is nice and safe in a good location. The room just needs attention to detail in those areas mentioned above to lift the cleanliness and experience for the customer.
