Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im unfertigen eher notdürftigen Zustand, erhebliche Mängel, Renovierungen nicht abgeschlossen, Stromschlaggefahr!, mangelnde Sauberkeit, nach Beschwerde Versprechungen nicht eingehalten, Mängel wurden nicht während des Aufenthaltes behoben.

I was going to Forschungszentrum Jülich for a school so it was pleasing that it is next to the train station.

The owners never spoke to me or asked me if I need something. They never replied to my emails before or even after I went there. I asked for an invoice and I am still asking but they are not responding. I need the invoice since my institute is paying for the accomodation. The place was not clean at all, they left me only 1 towel for the 6 nights, most of the switches and the sockets did not work. There was a nasty smell the first day I arrived, and the bathroom sometimes smelled like pee. The fridge had a smell as if someone left cheese to rot inside. There was only one small bathroom paper roll, so I used the kitchen paper because it was not enough for my 6 night stay.

Some equipments were not working. Not that clean.

Great contactless key collection, super comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and plenty of private parking on-site. The host was very friendly and available. The house is in a quiet location, but still close to a shopping centre and easily accessible to the motorway.

The place is very comfortable, easily accessed, well cared for, clean and practical.

Nothing really, it was all nice.
