Great place- really busy being next to condos that only have beach access from across the road along with another condo and pineapple Willie’s! Lots of police on the beach next to tower 4! I think if you stayed on tower 2-4 it’s alway from the busyness! Another thing we didn’t like at all was tents where able to be put right in from of the beach chairs soWe didn’t rent chair bc tents over took your fee and walk to the water ( that’s should be stopped).

There was a slight glitch with the cleaning service, a mis-communication. The response to my email was quick. It appeared that the condo was undergoing some renovations. Nothing that interfered with our stay. The condo itself was set up great for a family. the bedrooms were separated by the kitchen / living area. That was nice. The living area was open and spacious. The pools were great and having the bar and grill right there was very good. Access to the beach was easy. Overall the stay was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very disappointed in this condo. We have been staying at Long Beach Resort for 20 years. We typically rented from 2 separate owners each year. One sold her condos there and the other was booked. I booked this one and paid nearly 4k for a week. First that is ridiculous for Long Beach these days. Had it not been the fact it may be my husbands last time there as he is terminally ill, I would have gone home. There were 8 of us this time and I made it clear there were 8 of us. We were only afforded one towel each and one washcloth each all week long so we had to wash towels every day. The top of the microwave and the refrigerator were disgusting. There is black mold in both bathroom, showers and tub, lamp in the living room was broken evidently previously it still worked, but it was broken, the bathroom outlet had evidently sparked or caught fire previously, TV and the master bedroom would not work properly… The volume would go up it would click and then it would go mute and we troubleshot everything we could and for an entire week we were unable to watch TV in the master bedroom… The TV in the living room would not get local channels it would not come off of Samsung TV, the window in the bedroom has so much scum on it that we couldn’t see through one of the windows the ceiling fan that was advertised for the back patio or for the patio was completely missing and a big hole there… there was a cigarette burn in the couch, and the barstools are losing the fabric and more
