We had a great stay overall and would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect—about 10 minutes from the beach and only 5–6 minutes from downtown and Janus Live, so it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The place was very clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, coffee, condiments, and even little extras like Nutri-Grain bars, which was a nice touch.The A/C worked incredibly well (a huge plus in Florida), and the blackout curtains in the bedroom made it easy to sleep in. We also loved that there was a twin-size Murphy bed tucked away in the closet, which was a convenient bonus if you're traveling with an extra person.The only downsides were that the water pressure in the bathroom was pretty weak, and the pool shown in the listing photos isn't actually part of this rental—it belongs to the neighbors and inaccessible. Other than those two things, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The Hideaway has it all! It is a great location in St. Pete, close to restaurants, grocery stores etc. and minutes away from downtown. The space is clean, updated, and modern.

Excellent location and host

I chose this property because of the *free* parking pass for the local beach. The property owner wasn't sure where I found that information until I sent a screenshot of the listing, then told me the city took it away years ago. She then got my vehicle information and I was able to use the pass. Lots of rules for this property, so I expected more.The entrance was blocked by a big vehicle most of the time - so a very narrow path was the only option to get in with luggage. Not ideal for anyone with accessibility needs or a stroller.Wouldn't stay here again.
