My husband and I found this to be a great little condo with convenient beach access. You can tell the property was recently renovated and was nicely done. It provided everything we needed for our time away! We enjoyed the bikes and beach chairs. W would definitely recommend.

The property was close to Coligny Square restaurants and shops. Older building. The bed was hard as a rock. Living area was smaller than the photos made it appear.

Our stay was awesome! The place was perfect for the two of us! We loved bike riding all over the island. Just FYI, the cabinet door below the sink is missing a screw!

This gem had a nice little view of the ocean from the balcony. I love that they provided us with chairs and a cooler for the beach. It has been updated recently so all the amenities are in great working order. It is within walking distance of the beach, shops, grocery, bars, and more. Communication was efficient via VRBO; we had our questions addressed immediately. I loved the fresh flowers 🌸💕 I was not fond of the mattress, but knew that going in due to the other reviews.

This condo/property was perfect for my husband and myself. Heidi and the property manager were very helpful, as well as responsive in all aspects. The condo was spotless, and had everything we needed! The bikes were well used, and we never needed to drive any where! The proximity to bars, restaurants, groceries all within biking distance was fantastic. We would definitely rent from Heidi again in the future.

Lovely stay!! Up one flight of steps. Within walking or biking distance to everything! Beach was beautiful stretches of white sand and the pool was refreshing as well! Well outfitted kitchen and plenty of room for the two of us to spread out and relax. Everything we were looking for in a vacation stay! Thanks!!

This unit is absolutely beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Everything is brand new including the appliances, even though it’s not a big space it’s well thought out and functions really well. The ocean view was lovely , I wish it was a front facing unit because we did have the view of the parking lot as well. Heidi really cares about the little touches. She left us beach chairs umbrella and cooler. The beach was steps away from this unit very easy to get to. I love that she supplied two very well kept bikes for our use during our stay at no extra fee. If I could suggest just a couple of things would be a full length mirror hung somewhere in the unit. I also felt like the bed was extremely firm and I know some people really like that but if you don’t I suggest either leaving a mattress topper in the unit for guests or if you rent this unit bring one. Heidi was also fantastic about telling my husband pertinent information in a very timely manner. If your looking for a affordable getaway to H.H. I suggest you look into renting this unit it won’t disappoint. We had an awesome time and would definitely rent this unit again. Thanks Heidi for making our trip a very memorable one!

The communication with owner and host was good! The location worked out perfect for us (only 2). May be. A bit tights for more. We used kitchen for breakfast but since it is not a fully stocked kitchen we had dinner out. The overall experience was great for us.
Would recommend and would like to return for longer stay but perhaps a tad larger unit.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was just as advertised. Close proximity to everything with the beach just steps away. Would stay again!!!
Unfortunately, the only cons were that when we arrived to the property (30 minutes early) and it had not been cleaned and evident it was missed and not because we were early. We reach out to the property manager, and she quickly sent someone out. However, they put us at a standstill under they arrived and cleaned not wanting to leave with all our belongings there. Property manager offered to provide us a late check out for our inconvenience, but we had an early flight out. Also, I was under the impression that the beach was private for residents and guests; however, people could park across the street and enter the property through a walkway to the beach. I was a little surprised because the public beach is only a few blocks away.

My wife and I recently stayed at this property to celebrate our anniversary. It was the perfect size and was in a great location. The room was very clean and comfortable with modern updates. The property came with well-maintained bikes also. We had immediate responses from the property manager/owner . We would recommend

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip during the 4th of July week. The condo is small and cozy (perfect for 2). The upgraded kitchen was a nice touch. The beach access is only a few steps away and you’re close to shopping and restaurants. The included beach chairs, cooler and cruiser bikes is super convenient. We really loved the bikes! Very comfortable and well maintained. We chose to sleep on the pullout sofa instead of the bed to be away from the hallway and be more comfortable (primary bed a bit small/stiff). Didn’t spend much time on the balcony since neighboring balconies were so close and not very private. Be warned 4th of July week on the beach is very busy! Lol! We were 4 rows back from the ocean because it was so crowded and found out later it’s a very busy time in Hilton Head Island. All in all it was a lovely stay!

Cozy condo unit just steps from the beach with all the amenities you'll need. Ideal for a couple looking to get away from it all. Unit comes well furnished and includes beach chairs and a cooler (no beach umbrella but you can rent them and chairs from a 3rd party operator on the beach right in front of the condo). 2 beach cruiser bikes are included and you can ride for miles on the beach or on the numerous island bike paths. Only real negative is that the unit is smaller than we imagined from the photos and the bedroom door/window face the interior hallway so you catch noise from the other owners/renters and it may be time to replace the mattress (these are the only things preventing a a 5 star review - call this a 4.5 star review!).

Very nice and clean. Perfect for a couples get away. Only complaint was the size of the bed… we have a king size at home so it was hard to adjust. Loved the location and the beach was beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head Island celebrating one year of marriage and our last vacation as a family of two before welcoming our baby girl this coming November. The room was clean and exactly as shown in the listing photos. The property owner, Heidi, was very friendly and easy to communicate with.
We saw LOTS of sea creatures including, jelly fish, dolphins, crabs, starfish, and my personal favorite, a giant stingray! My husband and I also thoroughly enjoyed cruising the beaches on the bikes included with the rental. There were several thunderstorms during our stay which we enjoyed watching roll in from the balcony of the condo.
We utilized the two beach chairs provided with the rental and brought our own sunshade. However, there is chairs and umbrellas available for rent on the beach right in front of the condo. If you plan to spend your days on the beach, I would recommend bringing a collapsible wagon. Although the beach is VERY close, it is just far enough to be annoying when you are carrying your chairs, cooler, sunshade, beach bag, etc. I was glad we brought ours. If that all sounds like too much work, the pool is a lovely option as well.

The property owner & local contact person were excellent! Had one question regarding parking pass - within 4 seconds of my text I received a response!!! The property was just as described. Checking in was easy, and instructions were laid out clearly. The beach is a few minutes away on foot. The beach cruisers were a nice addition! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

We loved our short time here! The place was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for two people. We loved having access to the bikes to ride around the island and on the beach! We had a view of the ocean and were steps away from the beach. Parking was easy as was check in and check out.

This was our first time using a vacation rental and we'll definitely do it again. Everything was as advertised! The location was excellent - close to what we needed but far enough away that it was quiet and relaxing. Great communication from the owner and property manager which made check in and out a breeze. We were very comfortable the minute we walked into the condo - beautifully decorated, very clean and cozy. The laundry area was just steps away from the condo - so convenient! We loved the short walk to the beach and we especially enjoyed our bike rides on the beach! We will definitely be back!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head. Heidi and Dave's unit was perfect for the two of us. The addition of the bikes and beach chairs really helped make the trip even more enjoyable. One of the bikes needed a repair and Heidi had it taken care of within a day. Communication from booking to check-out was easy. The unit is perfect for two people and was recently renovated. You are literally steps from the beach to enjoy the sunrise and the balcony is perfect for a cup of coffee or glass of wine while enjoying the view. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time! This place was very conveniently located in proximity to the beach, restaurants, the the rest of the island. It’s beautifully decorated and had everything we needed (save coffee. Bring your own!). We loved coffee or wine on the balcony and loved the beach access. The decor is beyond charming and we were very comfortable.

I was celebrating a special birthday with my husband and this property looked perfect! When we arrived it was clean and lovely. The area was peaceful. The condo was comfortable and close to beach. The bed sleeps well, too, and that really mattered! We loved having access to bikes and it was a great location; I loved being so close to the beach and walking trails. It’s cozy and perfect for 2 people. There was a tiny hiccup with getting check in information ahead of time, but I was able to reach the host very quickly through the app and she provided everything we needed within minutes. Would definitely recommend this place, and return!

This little villa was so cute and just perfect for a week at the beach. It was within walking distance to shopping and dining. It had a nice ocean view from the balcony. This villa had recently been most tastefully updated. The owners were so kind and communicated quickly and thoroughly. I will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this Sea Side Villa unit. The condo is tastefully remodeled and comfortable for a couple. Sitting on the balcony, seeing the water was a perfect bonus to this unit’s location. We enjoyed riding the provided bikes, beaching it each day, and walking the beach at sunset. The location couldn’t be better. We appreciated the bikes, beach chairs, and umbrella that was provided! The host was excellent as well. Highly recommend this property and would stay again!
