This condo was juuuuust right! Rented it for Sandfest with family. Super easy to find, walkable to Sandfest (1 mile-got my steps in). Very comfortable mattresses, very clean, 2 kinds of coffee makers and coffee provided! There was a tiny delay getting the door code but the host was super quick to respond so it wasn’t a problem. Beach was also short walk away. We’ll be back!

This place had plenty of space for the 6 of us! Pool was awesome to cool off but not get Sandy. Short drive to the beach! Quite condo and clean.

This property was recommended by a friend. So happy we followed through with this stay. The listing was spot on for what the property is. We walked to the beach with ease everyday! The kitchen is decently stocked with dishes to cook on site. There were beach toys on the balcony for us to use, including a body board. We also bought another body board and left it on site because we can’t really use it where w we live. Enjoy your stay here and communicate any questions or concerns with the host; she is quick to respond and pleasant to communicate with.

Clean and comfy place. Close enough to walk to the beach.
