The Bridge Suites Hotel

Lage, Frühstück und Personal sehr gut.

Sauberkeit im Zimmer / Balkon in dieser Kategorie darf besser sein. Ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln.

Room was a nice size and hotel was in grear location. Staff were friendly Breakfasts were good but very filling!

No coffee machine, took 2 days to bring us one. First time they brought us ground coffee and milk with no way of using ground coffee? Room had quite a few big spiders in it also. Room not cleaned on day two. Also could do with more pillows on the bed - had to ask for these twice also.

The hotel was in a great location and the view was amazing. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and so much food, definitely set us up for the day. All round would definitely recommend

Rooms were nice and was in a good location, Staff were friendly, but only during the day. Manager was nice, offered us an alternative room which would have been higher up, but was too late and party had already happened with no other events whilst we were there.

First night we got there, a party was going on late into the night underneath us, this went on until around midnight and they kept opening the door so music was loud. Even when they didn’t open the door, it was still loud as the rooms don’t really block any noise out. Just throughout the day or night when trams were running and traffic was going past you could hear everything. Staff in the evening weren’t really much help, just seems like they were there to fill the void and mostly on their phones when you walked into reception. Wouldn’t really recommend the breakfast in the hotel, was a bit expensive for what it was when there are nice places round the corner for cheaper.
