The staff was friendly, especially the breakfast staff! 😊

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, like laying on cement...but worse.

The breakfast was good, I wish there were bananas to eat with the Oatmeal.

Room was great. Really liked the bathroom although there the door to the shower was messed up causing a leak on the tile from the shower.

Nothing that I'm sure the hotel was aware of. I forgot my pillow 😑 but that was my fault.

When I went to check in knowing I had already paid I was told to insert my card, I asked for what and I was told for the reservation. I told him I already paid and he said he’s look, I had it pulled up on my phone showing I already paid the full amount. he then just says ok $20 for incidents it’ll be returned after check out. it’s been a day and still pending in my account.

The rooms were very modern and updated! The breakfast foods were delicious, hot and a fantastic variety. The lobby was clean and the common lobby area had lots of seating with plenty of plugs for those that needed to charge phones or laptops. The lobby also had a coffee/tea bar for complimentary service. The room and bathroom were fresh and clean. The heater/air conditioner worked perfectly. The shower was nice and high for us tall people!

While the bathroom vanity was updated, sleek and clean, with a nice rectangular sink/basin, the faucet was placed in the top right CORNER of the sink. This made it awkward to wash hands or get a washcloth wet without getting water all over the vanity.
