Προσπαθώ αλλά τίποτα !
Έμεινα μια βδομάδα παρακαλούσα να μου αλλάξουν πετσέτες και υποτίθεται καθαρίστηκε το δωμάτιο μια φορά αφού τέθηκε θέμα πως θα φύγω . Μπάνιο χωρίς να μπορούν να φύγουν τα νερά και λιμνάζανε έξω απο το ντουζ ! Ηχομόνωση ανύπαρκτη λες και περνούσαν τ αυτοκίνητα από δίπλα . Κακή μυρωδιά και στους διαδρόμους και στο δωμάτιο . Υποτίθεται διπλό κρεβάτι αλλά 2 μόνα που χωρίζανε !

Ολα πολύ όμορφα και καθαρά ,ο Κύριος Αριστοτέλης ήτανε κατατοπιστικός σε όλα και άμεσα εξυπηρετικός.

- fast access to restaurants and supermarkets
- the hosts weren't prepared for my arrival even though they had plenty of days ahead to get the room cleaned up and to prepare my access key
- I had to stay more than half an hour in a phone call with the receptionist to get an access key. Because the key wasn't in the locker in the end I had to take a temporary one.
- at my arrival the room was dusty, finger nails on the floor and smelly and one of the windows wasn't closing properly. Because it is located near a large boulevard the noise from cars and scouters made it impossible to sleep.
- they call the room a studio, but is actually a regular small room where they crowded a a bed, a so called sofa, a desk and kitchen cabinets. When you enter the room you have to pass through a 30-40 cm space between the desk and the bed.
- after a few days the shower drain has blocked and and all the water from the shower got into the room. Me and my wife spent two hours trying to absorb the water with towels. After I called the reception to ask more towels and a mop until somenone will fix the shower, nobody provided extra towels that night. The next day I had to call again for this issues and a receptionist was polite enough to give us another room and he actually made an upgrade for us.

I'm truly disappointed to share that my experience was marred by several issues. The presence of large cockroaches in the room was shocking and made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Adding to the discomfort, the air conditioner was non-functional, requiring a late-night call to the facilities at 23:00. While the response time was relatively quick, the inconvenience was notable. Additionally, the clogged bathroom sink forced us to rely on the kitchen sink instead. These factors collectively had a significant impact on the overall quality of my stay.

Location was not too bad. The staff were very helpful
Air conditioning was a nightmare to work with and was not working properly so we were sweated at nights because of it. The so called Double bed were twin beds placed next to each other with mattress topper. Since the mattresses did not zip together we kept on falling through the middle. Not the best set up for couples

The location of the room was good, but it was too noisy, as the property is located on the top of the busiest highways in Athens, Suggrou. It was impossible for us to sleep at night because of the noise of the cars, the windows weren't restricting the problem at all.

Double bed was actually 2 single beds, very discomfort.
They charge me extra for the room, and I was waiting for 1.5 month to get my money back. Rude staff on the phone.

very convenient and smooth check-in and check-out process. Seamless entry and exit. The location is fair and within reasonable proximity to the center but not a walking distance. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. TV is smart and has a fair amount of channels, Netflix too. all equipment worked well. Water pressure in the shower is great.
Sound isolation is terrible, the noise from the road is quite disturbing and the rooms need better sound isolation. Cleanliness can be improved especially the floors. everything in the room is shut off from electricity when you are not present, even the mini refrigerator which should be working 24/7 as some things spoil. if you can any devices to charge they wont.

I thought I could get breakfast at the hotel but unfortunately they don't provide
During check in I stayed out the gate for more than 30 minutes and the host could not respond to the text I sent although I was late the scheduled time.

Had to wait with my wife and hence loads of luggage outside the hotel for more than 1.5 hours after which I was given instructions on the phone as to where to locate the key and what the room number is. No-one was picking up the calls and also the emergency number was barred for incoming calls. The guy who later answered the call apologised though, so I guess overall it's okay. The check in system should be a bit more user friendly and staff should be readily available for any assistance. Rest all's fine.

Great location. Easy to find
did not enjoy the bed. Was expecting larger room. Bathroom door would not close. Water from shower sprayed everything due to lack of glass.

Very well designed rooms , great quality equipment
No noise isolation , you could hear everything both from outdoors and indoors, to the point you weren't able to sleep . Main entrance door was making loud noises each time it opened and closed.

This was my fourth time in the facility.
The room I was given this time was really noisy, especially at morning due to heavy traffic of the nearby avenue.
The dishes inside the cupboards were dirty and the kitchen sponge was already used.
