The experience was very nice, rooms were pretty clean, the apartment was small but very cute. The pool wasn't very clean so could not use it. But the property was superb and ideal for big group of friends and family

The pool wasn't clean and nonveg food wasn't allowed.

- Bed was not sufficient - Morning / Evening Tea should be compliment - Playground for Kids not adequate / not maintained

The environment within complex was good and clean

Booking for 4 is not good for this 1 BR Apt as 2 of us had to sleep on a mattress laid on the floor as there was no bed space. Though it is mentioned as such as claimed by property manager but then this apartment actually is meant for 2 adults and booking for 4 should not be accepted unless one wants to sleep on a mattress on the floor. Its individual guests choice though. Narrow single lane approach to the complex could be a pain if a vehicle comes from the other end and get one stuck in between. Property is not responsible for same though it is something the authorities should look into for convenience of all. I hope the roads will improve with time. I would expect Booking.com to be more responsible enough to ensure such properties are not shown in search when one is searching for accommodation for 4 people. It seems booking.com has very less control over their partners and terms mentioned in certain properties are not adhered to by the property owner at time. Not in this case though.

Well furnished apartment. The area felt safe even when it's located away from the city center. Restaurant food had home delivered and tasted amazing.

Power went out occasionally and loud party noises from other apartments when we kept the window open

Property was very nice well cleaned, staffs were approachable

Maintained proper hygiene level and everything was available as per requirement..
