Great location, very cozy feel, comfortable, homey feel.

That bed was far too firm. It reactivated my sciatica in only one night. I had to sleep on the couch the second night.

Location, location, location! This little beauty was parked in the middle of literally everything...Like taverns, upscale restaurants, GOOD BBQ, quirky shops, antiques, ice cream, coffee, etc! And it came packed with everything we needed like comfy sofa, full kitchen with new stainless appliances, shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, great views from windows and a good sized deck and even in-unit laundry! The security felt great with locking corridor behind us before you open the actual unit- and we never felt unsafe as we were right across from the police station.

The one single down side was the mattress which, initially seemed hard but once we got tucked in, it actually slept great and we weren't sore in the morning (and we aren't exactly spring chickens). It could use a topper to soften the initial feeling of getting onto a flat board.

Tub hard to get into and no grab bar to help Roach in cabinet 23 stairs to climb -too many with suitcases etc. and old age

very clean and convenient to Asheville and Hendersonville.

The apartment was very clean and in an awesome location. When we arrived there was soft music playing and the ceiling fans turning…it felt like home. It was wonderful to come back to this apartment after a day of hiking and tubing. It is also close enough to Hendersonville to visit some really great restaurants and shops.

I liked the location and the apartment was well furnished.

The ac with the remote control did not seem to be working. Maybe it needed a battery. I think you should put a marker or tape on the steps. It is to easy to miss a step when climbing or descending them. Someone could miss a step and fall.

I cooked my first breakfast using the free range eggs that were a gift from the owners. I ate it and most of my meals out of doors on the balcony. a pure delight. all condiments I needed were supplied and the main stays were procured from the combination butcher shop, grocery store and café located a block away. A dishwasher allowed me to toss the paper plates for the week, and clothes washer and dryer permitted me to give my wife a small delight when I arrived home without a weeks dirty clothing for her to wash.

it was a perfect stay, but a hand rail or two in the shower would be appreciated, a small detail but it may prevent a fall.
