1/2 mile to the ski lifts

dryer did not work and vented into the house 2 stove eyes didn’t work knobs on bathrooms sink and shower hard to operate cut my hand on the garage door

the property was centrally located and close to the slopes.

overall this condo needs a lot of work and updating. the master bed was extremely uncomfortable. the condo is headed by electoral furnaces that have a pilot light which would be extremely dangerous for small children and a huge fire hazard. the windows on the second story do not have screens on them. multiple lights are burned out which makes it difficult to see inside while it’s dark outside. one cabinet in the kitchen is literally falling off. multiple walls have water damage. the downstairs shower head is covered in filth and does not spray properly so the only usable shower is upstairs. we were unable to get the cable to work the entire time we were there. the house comes with a small book but it has information about the area but not instructions on how to use the tv or cable and heaters, or where to park. parking is limited to two vehicles although they must be small. parking is extremely tight and you need to coordinate with neighbors to get in or out our you get blocked in with larger vehicles.

The whole place was I n need of attention. To many problems. Who ever is in charge of up keep should judge. If you really care ,call me. You have my number. End of conversation

Loved location. Place looked clean. Nice set up. Having parking available was the icing on the cake.

Carpets looked dirty and shoes were requested to not be worn. It’s hard to want to walk on with bare feet. I always bring slippers thank God. Heaters were not easy to understand in using.

No water flow from downstairs bathroom sink Very concern about heating , gas fire in lounge would not light (The temperature dropped below freezing) Downstairs gas fire did light but when left with on for a short time the smell of gas was bad we had to open windows and doors my other concern was no CO detector went off .
