Have stayed in RCM many times and property totally met our expectations for a one week stay over the new year period. Clean, comfortable and well located for RCM, Menton and Monaco.

we‘ve been travelling a lot but you will rarely find hosts like Beatrice and Georges. it starts with a warm welcome and an offer for support in every direction if needed. the apartment is perfect for a couple to explore the coastline from Menton to Nice, even Cannes. very quiet through the nights, 15 minutes walking to the railway station (EUR 6,50 to go to Nice in 45 minutes). nice terrace to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun with a glas of wine. and as this important for many travellers - the wifi is stable and strong we know where to stay if we come back to Cote d‘Azur

A very helpful, friendly and responsive host! The apartment is fantastic, wonderful balcony and the views, comfortable beds, very good WIFI, we had everything that we needed for an enjoyable holiday, we would definitely recommend and happily come back. Car space was a bonus, shop very near and a bakery a few minutes walk.
