We liked the location of this condo, and everything was easy regarding check-in, communication with property manager, etc. There was, however, an awful sewage smell in the unit that caused us to leave a day early. The property manager sent someone over but they couldn't determine where the smell was coming from. It really impacted our stay and we left on Sunday afternoon instead of Monday. Otherwise, the condo was as advertised.

I had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was clean and inviting. I felt safe and relaxed. The property was so quiet and it provided the rest I was seeking. The condo had all of the needed items. The property was very close to a lakefront beach. Innsbrook is just spectacular and I cannot wait to go back.

It was exactly what I expected. Nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean. We didn't really use the kitchen but did look around and it was a nice size and seemed to have all the necessities. I would be interested to see the area when everything is green and in bloom. It was very quiet while we were there. Would recommend to others.

Due to Covid, the pool is available by appointment only. We requested a pool time slot 4 days ahead of time, but we’re told the only time slots available were 8pm and after. Obviously, this was disappointing, as I thought 4 days was more than enough time to get an appt. However, that letdown would soon be overshadowed by the rest of the trip. Upon arriving and going through security, we realized we didn’t have a key and were never given the door code. I never received any emails, so I assumed that info would be given to me at the gate. After sitting outside the unit for thirty minutes trying to contact the property manager, we were forced to drive back to the security hut. We then were told someone would meet us with a key to let us in, which took another 25 minutes at least. The second day we drove to The Aspen center with the intention of renting a paddle boat. Prior to booking, I asked the property manager if canoes and paddle boats were available for rent. He quickly replied, yes they are— At the Aspen center. Yet, there I was at the Aspen center, being told a completely different story. According to her, there were no canoes or boats available to rent anywhere on the resort. Stunned by this development, I asked, “Is this a Covid thing? I was told otherwise.” To which she responded, “No, we just don’t really do it anymore.” Cool! In the parking lot, I called the only customer service number for the resort that I could find and asked that same question. Once again, I was told there aren’t any boats available anywhere on the resort. We then drove back to the condo, which wasn’t terrible. It wasn’t immaculate, but it was clean. It’s very small, but we knew that going in. The closest beach is about a three minute walk, and would be nice had it not been covered in dogshit. I’ve since been in touch with the property manager who apologized for the inconvenience and claimed that Innsbrook ABSOLUTELY rents boats and he has no idea why I was told otherwise. He also told me Innsbrook didn’t have their shit together regarding the pool appointments. I don’t know who to believe. It was such a disappointing trip. We checked out a day early and the property manager told me, he wished we would’ve called him (as if he’s an easy guy to get a hold of) All in all, we paid way too much money to drive forty minutes away, and hang out on a beach covered in dog turds. Not exactly An ideal vacation. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
