The place was clean and stocked. Ithad plenty of things there to clean with, like Clorox wipes, dish tabs, swiffers, and detergent for the laundry. There were even complimentary sodas chilling in the fridge when we arrived. It was in a safe neighborhood that we were able to sit at the roomy patio table on the back patio and visit. There were several golf courses nearby and many coffee shops to choose from for our morning visits. I would visit this place again if I head back to areas surrounding Avon Lake.

The house was lovely and in a quiet neighborhood. The host was extremely communicative and was very responsive and helpful.

This property is warm and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Very conveniently located, close to grocery store and restaurants. House is well equipped, pictures and description accurately depict the property. Had lots of space and were even able to accommodate visits of family dog!
