Clean up to date location facility and rooms.
I appreciated the staff relocating us promptly when our original room thermostat didn’t work and the room was cold.
I was disappointed that we and other guests were “upgraded” to the double queen room for free. Us and others just wanted the king room we booked & didn’t need 2 beds.
Overall not a big deal but wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for.

This was by far my favorite place to stay in Island Park! We tried a couple other hotels in the area that were just not up to par and had maintenance issues. The front desk here was so accommodating and helped us get a room right away on a busy weekend. We greatly appreciate the wonderful staff and the clean, comfortable accommodations.

The view was amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The beds were perfect.

We were traveling back to our home from several days skiing in the Wasatch, when we decided we were too tired to continue on we made a quick booking via the booking.com app. It was easy and the continental breakfast in the morning was perfect before heading on our way.

Despite the location quite far from any big cities, this hotel provides everything for a comfortable staying.
The room was spacious and quite.
The western entrance of Yellowstone Park is relatively near. There are also some good restaurants nearby.

Loved that the hot tub was outside in the nice, cool weather.
I originally booked a king but when I showed up they had given away my room to a "Marriott Member". I thought that was unfair considering they had not notified me of that and I wasn't expecting the change. I expected a king. Cause that's was I booked.
The breakfast also was just ok...nothing special.

Always a beautiful stay at Springhill Suites in Island Park. The hot tub is large and hot. The lobby is spacious and clean. The restaurant has great food and drinks. Rooms are spacious and feel very modern. The view is always stunning (keep your eyes out for moose in the river!) The Macks Inn Parlor was right next door and super convenient.
Our room was directly next to the lobby which resulted in lots of noise during breakfast setup each morning. Door slams were loud. Lots of stomping in the hallways and rooms above. Would have enjoyed more luggage carts.

it's a bit of a drive to Yellowstone but worth it for not being ripped off for hotels in west Yellowstone.
