Karen has made a very enjoyable experience with the decor and location of this condo. Everything was just as stated and we could not be more pleased. Our Granddaughter said she anted to stay there if she goes to UTC.

Very nice, clean condo. It was a fantastic location for accessing family-friendly activities. The only issue was hearing loud footsteps and doors closing above us, especially in the evenings. Overall it was a great condo and I would definitely book there again.

The rental was in a great area with perfect location in walking distance from everything. The condo was very clean with a great home atmosphere. The decor was update to date, beautiful and classy. The beds were so comfy.

My husband and I attended the Chattanooga Motorcar Festival and this place is perfectly located. The Grand Prix racing was a block away and they had a tram running from that location to the west village on Friday and Saturday. Apartment is clean and well decorated. I do agree with other reviews that the upstairs tenant is really loud walking but having lived in a lot of apartments in my 20’s I understand that’s just a pain of being in a condo. I highly recommend this condo and would stay there again.

Very clean, comfortable beds, good location. Perfect for girl’s getaway. Only complaint, no fault of host, upstairs neighbor must have kids that ran back and forth a lot. Town east to get around in. Would stay again.

This is a relatively new property and was very clean. The location is fantastic and everywhere we went was no more than 15 minutes away (most places were less than that). There are several restaurants nearby, including one across the street, and it is only a 5 minute drive to downtown. The only issue we had was the noise from the upstairs neighbors, but it was manageable.

The listing said it was walking distance to downtown and while a mile to mile and half walk doesn’t bother me it did affect family that was with me😂

Proximity to the aquarium and other attractions is great. Kids loved the pool. Plenty of room for six people and the washer and dryer also came in handy. The elevator was broken for most of the time we were there but the unit is on the 2nd floor so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. The owners communicated with us immediately about the elevator situation. No complaints!

Very comfortable well-appointed 2- bedroom condo across near downtown in the river district. Highly recommend. Would like to stay there again.

Opportunities: There was construction during the stay, it sounded like on Sat morning someone was constantly hammering metal. Would have liked to have known this was going on prior to the stay. There were children above us, and it sounded like they were playing basketball for 2 days so would rent 3rd floor instead. Some mold on the shower curtain, tub was plugged up. Awesome things: Short, easy walk to Downtown and everything there which was amazing. 15 min drive to Rock City. Other than the shower curtain, entire condo was very clean and spacious. I liked the security on the doors. Kitchen was amazing, we cook a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed. Small balcony was nice in the morning for coffee.

We had a wonderful time at the condo and had plenty of space for a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids. Karen was quick to answer any questions and it was very clean and could not ask for a better location. Within walking distance to downtown.

The condo met all expectations.. Communication with the owner, check in, check out was seamless. The condo is located close to EVERYTHING! We walked across the street for beverages and lunch, then took a stroll along the river walk. It literally took us 5 minutes to anywhere downtown.. restaurants, aquarium... We have stayed several times in a hotel, downtown Chatt, but this gave us more comfort of "home". I would highly recommend this condo / area.

This condo is an ideal spot for checking out what Chattanooga has to offer. It's an awesome spot right on the river. The condo is clean, airy, and very well appointed. Highly recommended.
