Exceptional

Very clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was perfect! Nicely decorated! Bedrooms were in the back, so it was quiet and offered privacy from others. My family could watch TV late and there were a couple doors between them and the master bedroom, so I couldn't hear anything. I would totally stay there again!!

No instructions or pre visit help with address and key entry. Fortunately we were able to call a property manager listed on a sign in the window. We were able to recognize the house from pictures in the add. there were no Kleenex or packages of bar soap, shampoo, etc.

Lovely 2 bedroom cottage walking distance from everything in Avalon. Easy check-in, great place for a short stay!

Bed was uncomfortable. Necessary to change to a better mattress (pretty cheap mattress)

Nice place, nice location it just needs to step a bit more for the price.

Bathroom sink did not drain, Cheap toilet paper, uncomfortable pillows, Cheap and old frying pans, and with an exorbitant cleaning fee we were required to strip the beds, and take out the trash.
