Gorgeous property oozing with character. Me and the kids spent hours exploring around the grounds finding old statues and hidden passages. The house itself was fully of old books which kept me occupied for hours. The pool may look dated but if you look at the sign on the wall next to the door, it is actually the first swimming pool built in Montauk and was lovely to jump in after a hot day at the beach. The property manager Grant was great and was super helpful with all of our questions. Would highly recommend it for a family to get a true feel for Montauk life

One thing - the parking is a bit of a walk from the house so FYI for those with heavy luggage or certain visitors.

We had a wonderful time at this one of a kind vacation home! Loved having the heated pool, we used it every day. after the beach. Glassed in library was great for morning coffee. Some work needed on the bathrooms. Main floor nicely redone. A big plus having the caretaker on property.

This was my 2nd time renting this beautiful home and once again it was relaxing, refreshing and lovely! The gardens are so fun and reading in the hammock was so relaxing. The pool is fabulous too! Love this home! Perfect escape if you just want to stay there or go out and about for all that Montauk has to offer.

The pup & I stayed this home for a week+ and wouldn’t have changed a thing. Property is beautiful and well maintained, garden is gorgeous and perfect for spending the afternoon relaxing and home itself is spacious and so comfortable. Also loved that property is spacious and private but so close to town/beach. Grant, the estate manager, was also super helpful and available whenever I needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and pup & I will be back! Can’t wait!

We loved the cozy house, the location is also beautiful! This is your dream cottage for any vacation; with or without the kids, with or without the pets.. We were here for a week, the weather was not too good but we still had a great stay. Would love to come again in the summer as we have surf boys.

We loved our stay, it was so quiet and relaxing yet only 5 min drive or 30min walk to the village and the beach. The sun room was our favorite place and the yard was perfect for our dog who played outside all day. The house and beds are comfortable. Definitely a good find, we will come back.

My wife and I drove here from Baltimore with our 2 dogs. 7 hour drive.... totally worth it! There was a little trouble getting in, as the housekeeper locked us out. But the property manager headed over (unfortunately he was an hour and a half away) and let us in. He even dropped off champagne a few days later for the inconvenience. Which I really appreciated. After we settled in the property was amazing! First off the grounds feel like a secret garden. So many weathered statues, rusted bird cages with vines growing through, old iron furniture, natural and manicured landscaping, every corner has something unique. You could explore the yard for hours! We spent the majority of our time enjoying the many sections of the huge yard, the pool and the sunroom. The location is good, a short drive to shops restaurants and the beach. We had an amazing time here! This place feels magical, unique and special.

This property is special, you know it the minute you see it! Beautiful home with everything you need to totally relax and feel comfortable and safe. There is a huge lawn/garden that was perfect for my dog to just roam without my worrying about her. The pool was crisp and clear and beautiful. There's a grill and a solarium to sit in and read or a hammock outside. It's very private because it borders the Montauk golf course. It's centrally located to all the things one wants to do in Montauk, but it's so lovely you might not want to leave. I will definitely be coming back next year!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is extremely beautiful with a huge lawn/garden and wonderful pool. We loved the artistic decorations. It was cute and comfortable.
