3-bedroom vacation home just 6 minutes to The Hamptons Beaches
Diese Unterkunft verfügt über ein großes, aber gemütliches Wohn- und Esszimmer, ein super bequemes Ausziehsofa mit hoher Rückenlehne und einen Tulpen-Esstisch für sechs bis acht Personen. Brandneue moderne Küche mit Geräten, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle usw. Ein geräumiges, schönes Achterdeck blickt auf einen großen (38 x 18 Zoll) mit Salzwasser beheizten Pool. Das Haus wurde am 5. Februar 2020 auf HGTV vorgestellt. Es ist ein absolut entzückendes Zuhause für eine Familie von 6 oder 8. 5 min. Fahrt (15 min Radtour) zum Ponguogue Beach, 8 min. Fahrt zum Meschutt Beach und 5 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen und gepflegten Gegend, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Bucht und allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt Hampton Bays entfernt.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Amresh.Everything we needed was at the home.Pool was great and location was wonderful, close to restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend this place.

We’re a family of 4 who has spent several summers renting in Hampton Bays, and we were excited to rent this house for August. It is cozy in size, but incredibly comfortable, from the living room to the beds to the A/C! The entire place is spotless and well cared for. The outdoor shower is absolutely amazing, with a spacious fenced-in backyard and a beautiful pool. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the best part is the house is only a 5-minute drive to what we think is one of the best beaches in The Hamptons - Ponquogue Beach. The owner is lovely and really only reached out to make sure we were all set or if we had any questions/issues - of which we did not. Couples or small families should not hesitate to rent this house!

we had a great time at 30 tulip. it was perfect for me and my 2 kids. they used the pool everyday and we were just a short drive to the beach. PERFECT location. easy access from NYC!
Host was a little over communicative at first with a lot of suggestions for how to use the home.

The pool is even better than the pictures!! I should know—I spent the better part of two weeks in it :). Amresh was very communicative and responsive throughout my stay. He gave great tips on enjoying the local area. The hamlet is the perfect morning walk, and nearby Rumba was excellent. Also close to Nurel’s farm stand for local produce. The outdoor area is perfect for entertaining. The home is very cozy and comfortable, AC works great. Amazing stay—can’t wait to book it again.
