Location and view excellent

The lounge is old and dirty, and ready for the dump. Kitchen is old and the oven door gets hot near handle and burnt my hand, carpets are dirty and old, patio door does not shut completely with cold air blowing in, pet friendly but no lawn out back, both bathrooms are old and said it had hand rails in shower but none, window tracks and screens are filthy, The lounge was so uncomfortable my elderly mother was sitting on a patio chair ( hard) all week!! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED

The views were stunning, the apartment was clean and the beds were comfy, what more could you ask for!

Internet was out for a few days, but by day 2 we had a mobile hotspot and people trying to fix the internet.

We LOVED everything!! The perfect holiday house in a good street - light and bright, with ocean views and an easy walk to a dog-friendly beach. At night we could hear the ocean from our bedroom windows. The house was spacious with plenty of storage for our stuff. There were two options for parking, a lock-up garage downstairs or a carport alongside the house. We could easily have stayed another week.

We could not fault this property in any way.

location was awesome. we could walk to the beach. property was dog friendly which was awesome to bring our dog. view was excellent.

being an older house, there was a few minor maintenance issues, such as door handles, door hardware falling off. Front balcony doors were hard to open due to salt & wear & tear. We provided this feedback to property manager who were going to rectify after we left

Views were great and the pool outside great for the kids.

Cookware a bit old and some items missing from the kitchen like measuring cups and spoons. Sliding doors very difficult to open.

Close, easy and safe walk to the beach. Especially for the kids.

We stayed a week at peak season so paid a high price. We had constant electrical issues. 2 full days without power to half of the house. No internet, laundry facilities etc for that time. Some lights outside that shone straight into the bedroom could not be turned off. An electrician had to come in to resolve issues on both days. Toaster blew up. Very minimal kitchen supplies. Glad wrap would seem a basic necessity for the price of the accommodation but basics like that were lacking.. Agency took a full day to get back to us when we first reported the electrical issues. Pool needed cleaning. Lots of debris on the bottom.. Very over priced for our week experience with so many problems.
