The property was in excellent condition and had everything we needed. It was very modern and clean. Highly recommend if visiting Chattanooga. If I am back in town, I will look to stay here first.

The property was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed for a great long weekend getaway. Logan was responsive and easy to reach. The location was perfect. we were able to walk to transit and found bars and restaurants nearby. Overall, a great experience with this property. I would not recommend for elderly guests, or guests with mobility issues because of the stairs. Personally, we did not have an issue, however I could see where it might become tiresome. It was great for our group of four adults. I WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN,

We had a great experience staying at Logan's place. Property was immaculate with all the convenience that you could ask for. Location was convenient to lots of cool stuff. And Logan is very cool and easy to deal. We would totally stay here again when visiting Chattanooga. A++++!

The property is as listed and is very cozy. The location is great and in close proximity to many restaurants and other attractions. The owner was easily accessible and highly responsive during our stay. I'd definitely utilize this property again. There are 3 levels so be prepared for the stairs, but it was more than I expected; the owner did a great job. The property was also very well stocked with cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils, towels, etc. Well worth renting out this property if you are ever planning to stay in the "Chat."

The only thing I would say is that there were lots of stairs! But the place was decorated beautifully and had all the modern amenities even coffee and phone chargers! It was great!

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Chattanooga. We stayed at another similar place recently and preferred this location. It is very walkable to lots of great restaurants and shops. We liked the set up of the property, with the guest bedroom on the main level, living area and kitchen on the second level, and main bedroom and laundry on the third level. It was a little confusing when we arrived to the property and the exterior door by the designated parking spot would not let us in. After a few minutes of trying to get it to work, we realized there was another door around the front of the property where the code worked. The only down side that was different than other places we have stayed, was having to take the trash out to the dumpster ourselves, even though we paid a hefty cleaning fee for the short 3 night stay. I like other properties that have that included as part of the cleaning fee. It would be helpful if the instruction book told us where we could find the outdoor trash bins instead of having to walk the property to find it ourselves. Not something that would keep us from staying again, just the only complaint I had for the property. We otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Clean, new and well equipped condo in the heart of Southside. Within walking distance of great restaurants and the Sunday market. Communication was great. Not a single bad thing to say and I am picky

An assocaite and I were in Chattanooga for a conference and this house was perfect. It is new construction, is nicely appointed and beautifully designed. The two bedroom suites are on different levels, so it was ideal for unrelated people. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were top quality, it was exceptionally clean and there were seperate HVAC controls for each level, so everyone as happy. It was a short (10 minute) and pleasant walk to the Convention Center. We looped past the Frothy Monkey for a great early breakfast each day. Add to that some great restaurants, beautiful architecture downtown and the friendly people of Chattanooga and it made our business travel feel like a vacation.

The owners communicated with us a few times and they also provided great amenities such as laundry and dishwasher pods, k-cups, games, cleaning wipes, Netflix login...almost anything you could think of! They even left a binder of great local information, their favorite restaurants, and directions for anything we might need. We were thrilled to find a comfy, fold-out mattress in the master closet. It was perfect for our daughter! Parking was so convenient...either right outside the front door, or a reserved spot right outside the back door. We can’t say enough about this location. It seems to be in an area that is turning over from industrial/business to upscale residences. There are several homes, condo buildings and townhouses and all are beautifully maintained. We ate at a few restaurants within walking distance and enjoyed walking around the area. The old Chattanooga Choo Choo train station is a few blocks away too. This was our first visit to Chattanooga and we were amazed at the city. We visited Lookout Mountain, the aquarium, Walnut St bridge, the Bluff Arts district, and so much more. We plan to come back to explore more of Chattanooga and definitely hope to stay in this condo again!

this modern condo is a great place to stay but be aware it is three story and 18 steps between each story. super convenient to great local restaurants and short drive to waterfront. need some hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom but beautifully decorated. owner was very responsive and helpful. would stay again.

The condo was very clean and the king bed was very comfortable. You also have a nice view of Lookout Mountain from the third floor. We did a decent bit of walking up and down the stairs, but the layout was nice. Best part was being in walking distance of great restaurants like Alleia, St John’s and Niedlov’s bakery.

Great place to stay for touring downtown Chattanooga. Property is new and clean. Within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and the downtown attractions.
