The pillows were very hard

Location good - light and bright unit, agents response good.

Dirty kitchen utensil in drawer - drawer needing cleaning. Pots and frypan unusable - quick and good response with new ones provided. Microwave cookware not supplied. Kitchen exhaust fan extremely dirty and not used due to risk of fire/contamination of food. Extra teatowel and bin liners would have been helpful. One TV not working. Summer doonas on beds no extra blankets etc - very cold - single bed doona (minus cover) provided for two double beds? Insufficient warmth. Exhaust fans in wet areas need cleaning.

Great ammenities, very clean, our family loved the accomodation.

Everything was great.

Free breakfast was a bonus and the location was great, close to the shops and all the tourist attractions.

The TV could’ve been replaced, another small couch would be good and get a smaller round table to replace the big table to accommodate 4 people more comfortably in the lounge.

Location and cleanliness

The cooking utensils quality does not match the overall quality of the accommodation.

great apartment, wifi is really good, beds are comfortable, very convenient location not far from the main town centre, RSL only 2min walk up the road.
