Nice bright clean property

Walls very thin can hear the person singing next door in the morning and banging around

Everything we needed & great to be able to have our fur kids inside with us & also be able to use the washing machine

It would have been useful to have wifi, a shower caddy and to have a stronger, well-secured screen door that the dogs couldn't push open

Its a great little cottage setting.

Its a noisy building because you can here everyone in the adjoining common-wall dwellings.

We liked the feeling of staying in an old beach house. The kitchen had everything that we needed.

There was no soap in the bathroom. There was no powerpoint to plug in a hair dryer or electric razor.

Lovely older style flat, comfortable and clean. Well appointed and nice atmosphere. Michaela was great to deal with.

Outdoor dining and seating areas need a bit of attention (bbqs needed cleaning, furniture needs replacing)

When we arrived, we went out for fish and chips at the Pickled Octopus We both thought the fish batter was way too oily and the fish seemed ok….until my partner came down with food poisoning soon after Early in the morning, while she was still sick, I called the management/owner (?) of our unit and asked her if we could have a late checkout as my partner was still sick This was absolutely no problem and she even offered to us to stay for the afternoon, with no extra charges This is exceptional management and it really was such a great relief for us! I cannot rate this place any higher….wish I could give it 6 stars out of 5!

Great location, nice small outdoor sitting space.

No WiFi which was disappointing, considering the price. Also it is a flat for 4 people but a small table with only 2 chairs. Guess you are not expected to eat there or eat in shifts. Beds were bad. Both the double bed as well as the single beds were poor comfort. All slept poorly.

Very quaint little house in a beautiful region of New South Wales. The house was perfect for a short stay for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The children simplay loved all the games and books that the host had provided in the home. The beds were very comfortable and the check-in and out process were seamless.

It was quiet, good location, reasonable rates.

Children didn't the beds, they squeak too much.

Location is good. The property back on to Chatham Reserve which presents a really nice outlook. The flats built back in 50s or 60s have been beautifully decked out.

The gardens were a bit over run and the outside entrance to the flat could have been a lot cleaner and presented better. I see question 4 refers to visit to South Tuross Beach. South Beach is on the other side of the entrance to Tuross River. Access is by boat or 30klm drive via Bodalla.

Had to contact the owner to get access instructions, didn’t receive usual access email Front door key wouldn’t go in lock and was hard to open Had to make the bed A/C wouldn’t work Towels were hard and scratchy Only one teabag!

Beds and couches were very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay. It was in such a beautiful location! Loved that it was Pet Friendly. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. The Tuross Boatshed Cafe had absolutely amazing coffee! They were just a 10min walk away

The bathroom fan was kinda broken and no bench space to put toiletries. The lamp in the lounge room didn’t work.

Nothing all good

Location was good,parking easy and the neighbourhood is quiet. Access to beautiful beaches is easy and the local shops are not far away. Apartment is cosy and clean.

There needs to be a maintenance check on the electrics in the apartment as the air conditioner/tv/exhaust fan items are not working properly. No wifi apparent either. These factors pull down the overall experience at Ella May.

A very cute flat that was homely and a great little space for my baby and my husband to spend the night.

We couldn’t get the tv to work and the remote batteries had acid leaks.
