Villa "La Sorteta De Cuxach" Embedded in Nature and with Pool
Die Villa La Sorteta De Cuxach befindet sich in einer ruhigen, idyllischen Lage nahe dem Zentrum der Stadt Pollença, die für ihre historischen Monumente sowie die umliegenden Felder und Naturschönheiten bekannt ist. Das charmante Ferienhaus mit mallorquinischem Flair verfügt über ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Die 2-stöckige Finca ist mit WLAN, Klimaanlage, Satellitenfernsehen, einem Babybett und einem Hochstuhl ausgestattet. Das Highlight der Unterkunft ist der fantastische Außenbereich, der mit einer Veranda mit Loungemöbeln und einer Sonnenterrasse ausgestattet ist. Von dort aus gelangen Sie auf eine Liegewiese mit Pool und Sonnenliegen, wo Sie sich, umgeben von einem wunderschön angelegten Garten und dem Bergpanorama am Horizont, entspannen und erholen können. Für weitere kulinarische Erlebnisse sorgt der überdachte Grillbereich mit zusätzlicher Außenküche. Ein Supermarkt ist 1 km entfernt und das nächste Restaurant mit lokalen Spezialitäten liegt 450 m oder 6 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Wer sich nach einem traumhaften Sandstrand sehnt, findet diesen in Port de Pollença, nur 6 km und 8 Autominuten von der Unterkunft entfernt.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house. Its location is excellent - close enough to the centre of Pollença to walk in, far enough out to enjoy the beauty and peace of the countryside and the mountain views and with easy access to the coast and the Tramontanas. Eating outside, using the pool and picking lemons in May as hoopoes and nightingales call and vultures and kites fly overhead was wonderful.

This villa truly has everything you need for a relaxing and sociable stay. The outdoor space, including the patio and pool, is beautifully laid out. It’s so easy to keep an eye on the kids while relaxing in the shaded seating area, sitting at the table, or even cooking indoors and still feeling connected to everything outside. It’s those thoughtful touches that really make a difference, especially for parents.We had so much fun at the villa. It offered plenty of space for everyone and was the perfect base for exploring the local area. The location is another highlight. We had a car, which I’d definitely recommend, as it made visiting the nearby beach coves, Alcudia Old Town, Port de Pollença, and several supermarkets really convenient.There’s also a brilliant shop just a little walk away, or a couple of minutes in the car - the Pollenca Shopping Centre. Despite the name, it’s actually one huge shop that sells just about everything you might need. It’s located right next to a Lidl and another supermarket, so you’re really well covered for supplies. Perfect if you’ve forgotten something or just want to stock up with ease.We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning! Xx

Beautiful villa!! Generously sized for our family of four. Very well equipped. Gardens full of citrus trees. The kids loved picking the lemons and making lemonade! Pool was amazing. Great size and warm enough to stay in during May. Easy walk into Pollença town centre with its fabulous market on a Sunday morning. Supermarket close by and very good restaurant just a three minute walk away. Would definitely return. Thank you Francisca for a great stay in Mallorca x

Pros: The house was in a lovely location with beautiful views to the mountains. The gardens and pool were lovely too and the house was well equipped with everything that we needed. It was also very clean. Francisca the host was very helpful.
