Livia Residence

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed - it was very clean, modern and comfortable, with air conditioning in every room and lovely modern bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to prepare breakfast or dinner. The building also has a lovely swimming pool, and the fact that swim towels are provided was a nice touch. It felt very private and peaceful, as there weren’t many people using the pool during our stay. The location was excellent - just a few minutes’ walk from the main street with plenty of lovely local cafés and restaurants, and the beach was only a 3-minute walk away. Overall, a great apartment in a very convenient location. We would happily stay here again!

Nothing really - we were very happy with our stay. Just something to be aware of if you are staying for several nights: the apartment isn’t cleaned during your stay, only after check-out. So, for a longer stay, you may want to be prepared to do some cleaning yourself or check with the hosts in advance whether an additional cleaning service can be arranged.

Very good location, just a few minutes away from the beach. Very clean and cozy. Stuff was friendly and very helpful! In 5 minutes walk there is a street full of restaurants and stores, groceries are within 5 minutes walk as well. The hotel kindly provides umbrellas and towels for the beach

Wi-fi could be better, but it’s a common issue for rentals in Turkey

Lage top!
