Nothing to dislike. Bathrooms were a little tired.

Positive: amazing water views, beach front

Negatives: property wasn’t clean, found hair on sheets which were definitely not changed between visits, upstairs bathroom leaks when shower is on which is not safe for kids and elderly Property management did offer to have the cleaners back in for a second clean and extended checkout time as a good will gesture.

Great location, fabulous view, air conditioning throughout, and easy to access the property.

Location was amazing for our family

The beds and linen were VERY uncomfortable Ants in the kitchen were thick and got into our food left in the benches

The location is sensational with awesome ocean views. The house is well set out for large groups to be able to find quiet nooks as well. The kitchen is huge with plenty of storage space and the BBQ is fantastic. The twin room has a chest of drawers and main bedroom has a walk-in robe and a chest of drawers and ensuite. The shutters are beautiful and work well.

Not enough outside chairs for the outside dining area we had to keep bringing out the dining chairs. No wardrobes in 3 of the bedrooms. Coathangers were old dry cleaners wire in the walk-in robe. I bought the owners a few dozen coathangers and a clothes rack for the upstairs bedroom so this has been solved now.

Good location. Spacious house.

The standard of cleanliness was poor. Dirty on floor and walls around garbage bin in kitchen. Dirty baking pan with foil and grease, left over food In oven. Laundry was filthy.footpath and steps to laundry dangerous. The house could do with a clothes line.
