Great location. Super clean. Spacious (3 doubles) Richard super helpful and discreet.
Saw some guest comments about not being aware that Richard (manager) stays in above connected. This wasn’t an issue at all. Maybe just mention it on the listing
Everything was great

Someone handed the keys and the house was tidy.
There was a welcome note and a paper was handed with the Wifi password which was very convenient.
Property was close to explore the water side and town.
Towels had been washed over with bad stains still on them. Some towels appeared to be used.
The breakfast should have options with chicken, low fat and low sugar diets and less processed food items.
The host spoke in really short sentences at first but seemed to be a bit better as we were leaving.
He did not show us around and inform us that we needed to ask for the breakfast to be served at a particular time.
