Parkhotel Abcoude

The aparthotel is located at what feels like the middle of the main street in Abcoude. Everything you need in terms of cafes, restaurants, bars, bakeries, shops, etc are right on your doorstep. It's probably just over a 10 minute walk to the train station, and Abcoude is perfectly situated for daytrips into Amsterdam and Utrecht. The living room was immaculate, the view from the balcony was pleasant enough, and the bathroom was spacious and looked great. Both bedrooms had plenty of space for keeping your clothes, and the beds were really comfortable.

My only fault, and it is only a minor one, is that I didn't realise there would be two flights of (quite narrow) stairs to get to our apartment. That is something I should have assumed with the property being in the Netherlands! It was just a little awkward with our toddler, but we felt safe leaving our buggy in the hallway.
