I’ve stayed here many times and I feel comfortable and safe. The staff as always been helpful.

The noisy people with their kid in the room above me. the man and woman argued loudly and the kid screamed and ran back and forth till 10:30 pm. I called the desk twice. nothing changed after the first time. Then I asked to either change my room or theirs. I was told the hotel was full. it did quiet done after I asked to move or leave.

My family and I loved the cleanliness of the hotel. it is a gorgeous property and well kept property. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. The location was centered around anything you could think of. The breakfast was an added bonus.

It was beautiful and clean! Very friendly staff and felt very safe! Amazing breakfast with made to order omelette’s :)! great location only 15-20 minute drive to restaurants.

The hospitality as soon as you walk in, clean rooms, everything was how I expected even better.

Walls are thin. Can hear water running within the walls. We can also hear a motor running outside. I believe it may have been coming from the pool outside our window.

very modern, quiet, the pool was actually heated and very clean hotel. The breakfast was pretty good.

The room was very clean and the beds comfortable plus it had a 50 in HD TV with coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge. The bathroom had a nice deluxe bathtub and shower plus the sink and mirror was located outside the bathroom which made it easier for everyone to get ready for the day or night. Plenty of electrical outlets and the room was a good size too plus a table/desk with swivel chair to eat or work from and an easy chair to relax in. To top it all off a good hot free breakfast with made to order omelets and great coffee 24/7, great area with nearby restaurants, as a plus this is a very new hotel to boot. A nice gym and pool with spa area also is located there for your use so overall a great hotel for the price to be sure.

The only things I was disappointed in was there is no restaurant located in the hotel plus the bar is only open Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm to 9pm. The pool area and the pool it's self is on the small side but other then that a great hotel to stay at.

Staff was friendly and professional.

We went to see my niece perform at the Moonlight Theater and thought we were closer to that than we were. We used Uber to get there and it was OK.

We were placed on the first floor near the bar area. it got pretty loud at night so we had trouble sleeping.

The staff would address me by name and remembered me when I went to the front desk. They were all so pleasant and bent over backwards to make my stay comfortable, responding to every need and request. The beds were super comfy and it was so clean. The rooms were quiet. I only heard another human one time!

I know it's a new facility and some things may not be done. But I needed to use an ethernet connection and it wasn't wired or set up yet. The result was I couldn't do part of my job correctly because WiFi isn't sufficient. The refrigerator I would love to have been colder. So as soon as you get to your room, crank it up to 10. As for breakfast, expect bagels you toast yourself and available is cream cheese, Smuckers jam, milk cartons, yogurts, plastic containers with many different types of cereals. Bypass the omelette station because the chef didn't mix them ahead of time and instead put an egg in the pan and stirred it and it was white and greasy. I couldn't eat it. Waffle maker that everyone else uses. Why do the waffles seem crispy but as soon as you go to eat them their rubbery? So Odd. Stick with bagels, banana, coffee, tea, yogurt and cereal. It was good enough for me. Housekeeping staff I talked to all spoke English
