Location was great for our event at the redwoods, the space was great for our group with plenty of bedrooms.
When we arrived the house was freezing, ideally it would be great to have welcomed guests with heating turned on etc especially in the middle of winter, the first night it was freezing with the heat pump even on high not heating the living area at all, I decided to check the filters in the heat pump and they were THICK of dust, hence no heat being pumped out, once I removed the filters everything warmed up. Ideally a few more heaters for upstairs/downstairs would be good.

Spacious comfortable house, easy access and great for large groups
Parking is very steep in driveway but easier access from the roadside

Comfortable, very clean.
One bed wasn’t very comfortable but we understand this bed is being removed moving forward.

Very quiet location while still close to most major attractions and city shopping
The house needed airing and some R&M. Cooking for the group was a challenge.

"We loved the location, the views, the quietness. We needed 5 bedrooms and loved that there were 3 bathrooms."
