Gillade att man bodde så nära en 7eleven. Ganska bra läge.
Snabb kontakt med värden och hjälpte oss med att komma in i lägenheten, då den var låst från insidan.
Löste problemet fort.
Rummet är för litet, mer för 2 personer och inte 3.
Sängen är för hård och madrass som man har för golvet är väldigt tunn.

This is a room having everything to stay also for middle long stays: stove, refrigerator, private bathroom, etc etc. It's not cleaned by anyone but you, during your stay. The location is very good, also pretty close to the JR line
When I read the reviews many people were complaining for the dirty rooms, the worn out, old facilities, etc and just few people were happy, so I initially made a reservation for only two nights, to see how it was. It was absolutely great! So I asked to prolong my stay for another 9 nights but the only way to do it was to make another reservation on booking.com, risking to end up in another room, that could be a bad one. Also, every time you move out, you have additional 4000 yen to pay for the cleaning. So in the end, I was risking to spend nine nights in a bad room, not in that one. Statistically speaking, there were more people complaining than happy, in the reviews.. so was it wise of me to make another reservation, risking to end up in a bad room and paying anyway again those 4000 yen? Too many random factors. So I went to another place

The toilet was just standard. A little small for 4 people. Check in process was not as straight forward

Not too far from the station. Room was generally clean. Bathroom water pressure was amazing.
The bed was very uncomfortable. The futon was more or less impossible to sleep on- extremely low quality and probably no better than actually just sleeping on the floor.
Basically no amenities were provided in the room, we even had to take out our own garbage. The staff were almost entirely unpresent from the location for the entire stay- the front desk was shuttered the whole time and the only time we saw any staff was glances at them in the staff-only areas.

No employee on sight for three days, two nights - No cleaning, maintenance, or management personnel.
Many frustrated groups at self check in. Kiosk process burdensome and redundant.
Poor communication through email.
When had problem with room key, were told to access a utility area with gas and electrical wiring to find spare. VERY UNSAFE!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL. Again poor communication. Never had shampoo or any soap because it was also self serve. Had to buy our own. Received multiple warnings of penalties for not following instructions despite poor communication and admission of flaws , e.g. toilet isn't working sufficiently. Not hospitable. Would warn others against staying there. Should not be on Booking.com until they have responsive hosts on sight or radically improve processes.

- It had kitchen, microwave, refrigerator and basic kitchen equipment.
- Facility also had coin washing machine.
- You can take walk to Shinjuku at 30 minutes.
- Next to 7eleven store.
- Fast to answer on bookings chat.
- The provided futon/madras was to thin and painful to sleep on.
- Hallway outside was hot and dirty with garbage outside some apartments also there where dirty barefoot footsteps in hallway.
- Unclear instructions, difficult to understand the garbage handling, check out instruction was a bit confusing.
- Keycard didn’t work reliably and they needed to change battery in lock, it took one day before they fix the key issue an we couldn’t exit all together because we felt it was unsure if we could get in rom again.

This apartment was about 10 min from takadanobaba station, it’s really big point! But just it.
It was not clear in the room. A lot of dust. All of my family get a snot, cough and sneezing about it. Wallpaper peel off, bad smell in toilet and flush problem. Very strong water pressure with a terrible sound. We stop with a little baby, so we can go in toilet to night. Also bed was so small, my husband was sleep at the floor. Bath items near front (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) was finish and have no stock in the morning. Also too hot in the front! (There are no conditioner, no open windows) And also difficult to understand how to check in and get a key. We became all sweaty while trying to understand how to check in. Also it was about 17-18 hours and no one at the reception!

location was good within 10min walk of train station. lots of restaurants within 5min walk and 7/11 1min away. stayed 8 nights and was under 70USD per night.
Booked a room for 3 people and got a room with 1 bed and a mat to sleep on the floor! To say the room was small is an understatement! We spent a month travelling around Japan and this was by far the smallest room we encountered. Good for a single, ok for a couple, but horribly small for 3 people! Room cleanliness was far from great, but if you are not too fussy it works.

Located a few minutes walk from Takadanobaba station. This was a convenient place to stay for exploring Tokyo for a week and the supplied kitchen supplies and small kitchen were excellent. Bed was comfortable and and shower and bathroom were good.
Could occasionally hear people in the next room but this is somewhat expected in Japanese buildings and I feel like the building may have been a dormitory at some point.

the room had alot of dust under the bed and was pretty small for 3 persons. One had to sleep on the floor.

I actually like that there is convenient store located really near the hotel and the self check in and check out are quite easy. I also like that my friends and I got the whole room and private bath to ourselves. There are 2 elevators provided.
The location is really far from the train station, and you have to walk down the hills, which I would not recommend for people who travel with big and heavy luggage. It is very dangerous for the wheels and also yourself because you have to walk along the road. Moreover, I overestimated the room size. I think the size of the room is suitable for 1 person only, so discuss carefully with your friends if you are not travel alone.
