Lawrence and the property couldn’t have been better! The location is perfect if you have friends or family in the Ladera Ranch area. The house is gorgeous, well appointed, and comfortable- you want to hang out in the living room and cook in the kitchen. It is everything you want from a vacation rental! Lawrence was quick to respond with questions and check in is a breeze. Will definitely be back!

I have stayed in this general area, mostly San Clemente, dozens of times, and this is one of the few places that has four bedrooms and actually has some space. Most of the bungalows in San Clemente area or even San Juan Capistrano are a bit beat up and very noisy. This is in a quiet neighborhood. Property manager was on top of everything and very responsive. Master bedroom is huge. Very comfortable accommodations. The neighborhood is super safe. Great parks for kids. I think for family that was going to Disney or to San Diego. You were a great spot. Going to the beach takes a little bit longer than I would’ve liked as I usually stay near downtown San Clemente, but the drive to Dana point and Salt Creek Beach is only around 25 minutes and definitely worth the drive. Overall, great experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

I did not receive check-in info proactively up to the time of check-in, so I reached out to the host. Ultimately, I was allowed to check-in at the check-in time but warned that there were still towels in the washing machine. Not a huge deal. I did not like that there was no way to self check-in. It requires you to message the host, who opens the garage door remotely. So you have to sit and wait for the host - not optimal. This property had good bones and a great location in a desirable neighborhood. However, you could tell it was a rental. Many maintenance items are not being addressed (wear and tear evident throughout). Additionally, the supplies in the home were lacking (ie no measuring cup/spoons, muffin tin to bake, no samples of shampoo/conditioner as promised, etc). Not very clean, most especially the downstairs flooring. I gave my children baths, they would go downstairs for 5 minutes and their feet were black! The gray tile flooring just masks the dirt, but if you look close, the grout is super dark and yet in some areas it was originally light gray. The Ninja blender appears to have never been cleaned. The trash is taken out every Friday, but it had existing trash from the prior renters plus our stay, which made the garage and entire downstairs smell like trash during our stay. There was no deodorizer spray to mask it. I have photos to prove everything, but I would never recommend this place to someone.

This home checks all the boxes for a wonderful stay. Communication during booking and throughout was prompt and friendly. The home was well-marked and easy to find. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty. The home was spacious and the layout was great. No clutter, but lots of useful items for the stay, including utensils, cookware, and more. I'd love to stay again when we're in the area. Thanks, Lawrence!
