The apartment is perfect for four couples. Perfect location. Incredible neighborhood. So many delicious restaurants and in the heart of the action. We are all ready to move to Montreal. We had an epic adventure.

This apartment was just perfect for our family of 6. Sounds funny to say it, but the bathrooms were a highlight of the stay! Everyone loved having a bathroom connected to each room and the spa showers. The apartment was clean and comfortable and was a close walk to the metro. We got a 3-day pass while we were there and took the train everywhere. There are great bakeries and restaurants right down the street as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was great about the property, though we were a bit daunted by the stairs when we first arrived with luggage. The neighborhood was lovely with so many things to do and with the metro so close we spent a lot of time in Vieux Montreal. We had a couple of great walking tours, too. The apartment was a great refuge when we had a long day and just wanted to put our feet up with a bottle of wine and talk about everything we saw.

We had the best time in Montreal on our annual friend trip that we take with 3 other couples. The apartment was spotless, in a great location, and the hosts were communicative and accommodating. It is difficult to find a place with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms but we seemed to find a unicorn this trip! Highly recommend this property!

We were a family ages 10 - 70. Everything was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the unit. The hosts were excellent and communicated throughout.

My family of 5 (grandma, two adults, two little kids) loved staying here. The location was perfect and the place is bright, clean, and comfortable. On top of that, the property manager was very welcoming and available to help. Also: comfortable beds, great showers and bath, nice kitchen. The only warning - there are quite a few stairs to get up to the unit, so be aware of you have any travelers with mobility issues. That said, lots of status means you are on the top floor with good views and bright sunlight! We have rented hundreds of nights on such sites and this place is way above average. Don’t hesitate - book it today!

Apartment had a very walkable location and the space was great for four couples. The bathrooms are small but each bedroom has an en suite so overall it works out well! There is a washer/dryer, which was very convenient for towels, etc during our stay. The private rooftop terrace is really lovely, especially in nice summer weather.

Everything was perfect from start to finish and the neighborhood guide led us to some exceptional meals. I would add that we frequented the coffee shop mid block and found yum yum dumplings to be all reviews promised.

We cooked many meals over the course of our time there and found it had most any type of pot, pan or cooking utensil we might need. The location is fantastic, as this part of Montreal is rich in character and charm, with many shops and restaurants within minutes of stepping out the door. Mont Royal Park is fifteen minutes away on foot and Parc La Fontaine is even closer. What really made this particular property stand out, however, were the owners. Frederique spent a lot of time making sure that our time would be as enjoyable as possible. She was very attentive throughout the entire process, from check-in to check-out, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed in between. Our family had a wonderful time. The apartment is beautiful and clean! Perfect for small groups and close to everything! Will definitely book this place again then next time I visit Montréal!

We were really surprise when we got in the property! It was beautiful, clean and very spacious. All of us said, that we would absolutely rent this property again the next time we go in Montreal. There was one little thing that we liked least. The bedroom in the front on the apartment has and old style window and it is not sound proof at all. We could here everything happening outside.

I visited Montreal with 6 friends and we had a wonderful time - the apartment is spacious, clean, and beautiful. It has a great patio area as well. Definitely would recommend!

This truly may have been the best vacation rental property I have ever stayed in. We visited Montreal last weekend with a group of 15 adults for the Just for Laughs comedy festival and a 50th birthday celebration. Everyone loved it. For our group, we rented both this unit and the 3BR unit downstairs owned by the same landlord. It was ideal for our group of 7 couples and one bachelor. Every bedroom in both units sleep 2 very comfortably and each bedroom has its own full bath. No one has to share. I was a little skeptical of the size of the flat (4BRs and 4BAs) in 1300 sf (???) and although some of the rooms particularly in the front of the unit are cozy, they are not cramped. Be aware that there may be some city and street noise for the front bedrooms but the bedrooms in the back are very quiet. The living space and kitchen are both well designed and the kitchen was very well outfitted with everything we needed (cooking utensils, coffee machine, small kitchen appliances and plenty of plates and glasses). Our favorite amenity was the new rooftop deck which affords views of the city and mountain and is perfect for a happy hour cocktail or nightcap. The location in the Plateau is ideal. Montreal is definitely a city to explore on foot and this flat is walkable to everything including downtown, Old Port, Mile End, Little Italy, the mountain. If walking isn’t your thing, the subway is close by and our longest wait for an Uber was about 3 minutes. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the owners’ hospitality. After we booked, they sent us a lengthy guide of their personal favorite spots in the city so that we could plan our time in the city and on our arrival they made sure that we were comfortable and even brought us a little housewarming treat in honor of the birthday celebration. I spoke with Frederique probably 8 months before our trip and she was incredibly helpful. About 2-3 months later, she noticed that I hadn’t booked our stay and she called me to follow up and let me know that weekends were filling up. Her reminder prompted me to make the booking and I am incredibly grateful that she did. If you are even considering this location, I strongly recommend reserving it as I do not believe that there is another property in Montreal that would have served our needs as well. If you stay and don’t like it, it probably means that vacation rentals aren’t for you and you will always be better off in a hotel. Enjoy!
