We are a family of four plus our fur baby! This was a wonderful place. The cove was absolutely beautiful and quiet. It was so nice to walk right to the water without having people around. The kids caught catfish, swam, kayaked and the dog loved the paddle board! Plus, the cabin has everything you need and an amazing wrap around deck in the trees. The host was extremely kind and quick to respond. We hope to be back next year!! Definitely recommend this place!

The property was great. The rooms are small but that was fine with us. The lake was amazing and the view from the porch was so relaxing. Everything was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed it.

This was our second time at this lake house. We took two kids the first time, and this time just a couples getaway with the dogs. The lake access and kayaking is absolutely amazing. We love the house and how easygoing the owner seems to be. We’ve never figured out how to use the TV at this house because the views and lake are so breathtaking. Can’t wait to come back next year.

This was my first time using any vacation home rental. We had no trouble finding the cabin following the directions we had been given. We did have trouble gaining access to the key but Erin responded to my text immediately and explained how to use the lock box. Cabin is cute and has a cozy feel. It had everything we needed and then some. We spent most of our time relaxing on the deck. The walk to the water is a little steeper than we thought from the pictures. Going down was fairly easy; coming back up required a couple of stops along the way but that's because my husband has scoliosis and asthma. It didn't stop him from going fishing every morning. One morning we saw a deer in the woods next to the cabin. On our last night there, I heard a rustling sound towards the lake and when we looked we saw six deer walking across the yard! My only negative is that the chest of drawers in the downstairs bedroom was full of linens so we had to leave our suitcase on the floor with our clothes in it. Inconvenient but not a deal breaker. This is a great cabin on the lake. Thank you Erin for sharing your home with us!

This is such a beautiful house. My husband, son and I were so relaxed being there. My son is 17 going on 35 and even he was relaxed and really enjoyed it. Anyone with teenages knows how that can be a BIG change. We loved the stay and going down to finsh and swimming. There is lots of other things to do around there as well, with just a short drive. We will definitely be back and would HIGHLY recommend this house. You're really missing out if you dont stay here.

My boyfriend & I stayed here for a weekend getaway. We went to Eureka Springs about 45 min away then came home to a beautiful A-frame cabin. We fell in love with his place! We spent an entire day on the water with the kayaks Erin provided (it was a workout going up from the water but that may just be because i’m pregnant LOL) but the lake was so beautiful and peaceful. We loved the home feeling this place provided. Erin was so helpful & responsive when we had questions! I definitely recommend this home to anyone looking. We will definitely be back.

We had a great relaxing weekend. The water access was nice and all the amenities you need were provided. We would highly recommend this cabin.

Cozy rustic style cabin on lakefront property. Beautiful surroundings and a amazing wrap around deck overlooking the water. Great place to unwind and do some fishing at beaver lake. Will be back!!

We enjoyed the seclusion of the house with the access to the lake. We enjoyed mountain biking, museums, and trails in the area. We had the biggest burritos at Mr. Burrito, don't let the gas station fool you. The house was cozy, clean and accommodating. We can only hope the weather will be a little warmer for our next stay.

The weather didn’t cooperate and there was nothing the host could do about that, of course. The view was amazing and the lake so tempting. I rented this cabin mostly because of the water toys which seemed amazing but with it being in the 20s & 30s we didn’t go out. My daughter did jump in for a few seconds & then immediately took a warm shower. It was quite a bit disappointing. When we arrived, the cabin was absolutely freezing, and it took us a little bit to figure out how to use the heater. Once we did the heater worked great, but roasted the kids upstairs while the adults froze downstairs especially at night. I wouldn’t recommend this cabin with weather under 40°. There was also a little bit of a weird smell, which I assume is the well water.

Nice getaway

Beautiful retreat area for peace and serenity. Kayaks are a great bonus.

We stayed here for NYE, and we had the best weather that made for a great trip. The heat worked super well, and we enjoyed the fire pit outside. We spent a couple hours out at the lake each day, and it was a wonderful enjoyment. Local food downtown and at Palisades was wonderful. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were very comfy, and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us.

We loved our stay in this secluded little lakeside treehouse. Only One neighbor close and we did not see them once in the 3 days we stayed but we were out and about doing stuff quite often. Wish we would have had more time here and been able to enjoy the house a little more as it was mainly just a place for us to lay our heads but we were able to enjoy the firepit on the deck each night, grilled up some brats and hot dogs quick the one night and one morning made time to take the kayaks out on beaver lake which was beautiful as well. We loved the spiral Staircase just be careful with young kids so they don’t slip. She does have some non slip sticks on the steps but can still be steep and slippery in socks especially for some wild children. Loved how there were a couple trees growing right through the deck, that made it very unique. Loved that they had the water toys there for us so we only had to bring my youngest daughters small kayak and we all could kayak the lake together. She had everything kitchen wise we needed and we played a new game we had never even heard of before out of her game stash which is under the living room table For those of you like me who can’t find it 😆 we saw a few deer, a raccoon and an armadillo out in the yard/neighbors yard which was neat and my youngest daughter loved the fact that the shower was a handheld fixture as well as she refuses to shower only likes to bathe cuz she doesn’t like the water spraying in her eyes. Overall great place to stay and wish we would have had more time here. We also met the cleaning lady as we checked out and she was very polite. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great little cabin to stay in. We enjoyed our time here. The only thing that was a bit bothersome was the dishwasher not getting plates clean but I feel like that’s typical for a rental. We would come back again if we came back to Arkansas!

The A-frame cabin was nice and has a very large deck overlooking the lake. The grill and fire box were great to grill out and watch the fire as the sun went down. The kitchen had all we needed too. The lakeshore was very nice and is deep water. Our Lab loved the swim. Thanks for the stay.

This is such a cute lil cabin. It's on the small side but has alot to offer. We loved the large deck around the cabin. My boys and husband absolutely loved the beach access and fishing off the shore. It was so peaceful here. We never saw another soul. We thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks too. My husband is planning a guys only trip here next time so we'll be back!

Communication was great and the whole renting process was simple. The house had everything we needed, we only had to bring basics! Everyone that stays leaves a few things for the next group. Just a very loving home/ community of guests that previously stayed. Our families perfect vacation!
