This house is in a great location, a short walk to the beach. Our group had seven adults and four kids and we were pleasantly surprised by how family friendly the house was. Having access to the pool within walking distance was a lifesaver. We had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed this clean and kid friendly beach house! It was everything it said it was and what most of the other reviews had said about it. We all fit comfortably. It was a short walk to the beach. The pool was a short walk too and an a refreshing alternative to salt water. It was the most stocked beach house kitchen I had ever worked in, even the knives were sharp! The beds were all comfortable! The wrap around deck and deck furniture was comfortable outdoor space. We would definitely rent this one again!!

The house was lovely. Perfect location. Lovely neighborhood. and beach access is literally directly across the street from neighborhood entrance. The host was a great communicator. Definitely would recommend this home to anyone.

As advertised the home was very well stocked. Good location as it was an easy walk to beach and easier to the pool.
OIB also has much to offer for entire family.
I would suggest adding a recycle trash can in the kitchen to make it easier to collect recycle-ables

Very clean. Any item you could want for the home was there. We loved the tortuga decor. The kids enjoyed looking for them throughout the house. Pool was nice! Beds were comfortable. The kitchen worked well for several “cooks” at one time. Spacious Absolutely loved the decks. We spent a lot of time out there.

We recently had a marvelous stay at 31 Private Drive. The house was perfect for our family of 10. The house was well stocked, clean and had many games and movies for our grand kids. It was comfortable and a short walk to the beach. We loved having access to the community pool and used it numerous times. It was nice to have the option of going to the beach or pool. Highly recommended!!!

Second year visiting this home for vacation, and it will not be the last! Very close to the beach and the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a family with small kids. It is also very nice that it is a 12-15 minute walk to the pier, putt putt, and all the shops at the center of OIB!

This cottage is great for a fun-filled week at the beach! Everyone has his/her own space with a private bath. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there is plenty of indoor & outdoor space!

Extremely Clean With All Necessities for a Beach Trip
This is a great house for a larger family. Our family had a blast and this house had everything and anything we needed. It was very clean when we arrived and the location was good! The owners were great in communication when we had something to break. We hope to return to this spot in the future!

Wonderful home for large gatherings with kids
We had a great week with 8 adult family members and small children . The house was clean and well stocked with every cooking utensils, pots and serving needs for both adult and small children. The new outdoor furniture and wide porches were perfect for gathering outdoors for meals and again after the kiddos are asleep. The high chair, the pack and play , the kids DVDs , the plastic wear for kids meals and the beach wagon all were in great shape and added to ease of our stay. The pool is just a short walk on the way to the public beach access. The Summerset neighborhood is great for riding bikes with kids. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There were 9 of us total and there was plenty of room for all of us. There was a couple of very small issues but they were taken care of right away. Ben was great at responding quickly to any inquiries right away and the property management company was very helpful as well.

Thanksgiving at the Beach
The kitchen was extremely well equipped which made Thanksgiving dinner perfect for 9 of us. Lots of lighting, which is a pet peeve of mine for many rentals. The home is very comfortable, within a short walk to the beach. The owners quickly responded to all questions and even offered to provide extra kitchen supplies if we needed them. A great home and would rent it again.

Lovely home and easy to cook and feed dinners to large group. Variety of pots and pans as well as enough plates and flatware for all. I would highly recommend this vacation home.

Overall amazing home!
Great location for an Ocean Isle Beach vacation. Very close to the beach and a short walk to the shops/activities/restaurants. House is very comfortable and plenty of space to spread out. Our trip had several rainy days but the house had plenty of activities (puzzles, games, and movies) to keep both of my young boys entertained. Would recommend this house 100%!

This house was so well stocked, very spacious, and had everything we could possibly need. The owners were very nice and quick to respond, but not overbearing or anything. The private neighborhood was great with the pool and not far from the beach. Although you cant see the water from the house, it's still a great choice!

This property is beautifully furnished with sturdy furniture and comfy beds. The kitchen has everything you might want, even if you're a serious cook. The decks are huge and perfect for everyone. We ate most meals on the deck that seats eight and enjoyed the gliders on the deck as well. The perfect setting for great memories!

Amazing home
Wonderful home with anything you could possible need for a week at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware as well as a drawer full of toddler plates, utensils and sippy cups. Also, comes with a pack'n'play, high chair and tons of beach toys which was so helpful! The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful sunny home in great location
We loved our stay at this property! Our family gathered here for Easter Weekend - mix of children, adults, and grandparents. The home was clean, bright, and comfortable -- just as advertised. The layout with some bedrooms upstairs and others downstairs provided lots of sleeping options, which we appreciated with a mixed group of early and later risers. It was easy to relax outside on the property. We enjoyed the wrap around porch, the balcony off the upstairs master, and the small side yard. The location was fantastic -- short 2-3 minute walk to the beach. We actually preferred this to the younger, party scene we saw in the houses on the beach. The owners were really easy to work with and very communicative. They let us know in advance about some repairs being made to the outside patio furniture so we knew what to expect. The also allowed our grandparents to arrive a touch early, which was very thoughtful (though not expected). Overall, a great experience with the owners and the home. I hope we can stay here again!

Love this house!
This is the 8th time we have stayed at this house. It is in a great location and the owners have stocked the kitchen with most anything you would need to cook whatever you want to cook! Also lots of games and some fun beach toys.

Wonderful beach house!
My family and I truly enjoyed this property. The kitchen was well-stocked and the entire home was spacious and clean. The close location to the beach and pool was extremely enjoyable for a family with children. The property owners were so helpful and we appreciate them very much. MyThreeSuns was fabulous
Summer Place in Ocean Isle is a great little Subdivision right across from the beach access. We have rented there several times but this house was the best. Anything you think you could possibly need for your vacation is at the house. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The wrap around porch offers seating for a crowd. And the pool access is a plus.
