Nothing but great things to say about our stay in this Savannah Apartment. It was beautiful, clean, spacious, and conveniently located within walking distance of everything you would want to see in Savannah! My wife and I brought our 3yr old and 2yr old and there was plenty of room in the apartment and the location was great. We will most likely stay here again on our next trip!

Lovely, spacious and comfortable home for our family of 4 over Thanksgiving break. The nearby grocery store is enormously convenient. We will definitely stay again.
The only minor request is a new shower curtain liner that is longer as it was impossible to keep water off the floor and the bath mat smells of mildew as it is perpetually wet. Other than that, well stocked with all the necessities.

We loved our stay here. Short walk to Forsyth park where we visited The Mercer House and ate at the amazing Mrs Wilkes house. Place was a short enough drive to river street and broughton but could come
back to enjoy a quiet peaceful night after checking out many wonderful restaurants like Husk, Pink house and The Grey. The apartment was well appointed clean and the porch was a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of wine and a book. Beautiful neighborhood too and the Kroger close by was a savior. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is traveling to Savannah.

The apartment was perfect for our three-adult party. It was spacious, clean, well-located, and the little details were all taken care of (coffee, plenty of towels, guide books, etc.). The only one thing we would recommend is replacing the noisy bed frame in the front bedroom, but even that wouldn't stop us from stay here again!

Our stay at this residence was beyond DELIGHTFUL! The place was just as it states in the description. Communicating with the owner was easy and responses were timely. It was quite cozy, very clean and spacious. Very convenient to many places within the downtown Savannah area. I cannot WAIT to return!

Our stay was wonderful. This is a beautiful spacious home full of character. Super easy check in and out. Super clean and we even arrived to a bottle of wine which was such a nice touch. Amazing coffee shop and bakery right on the corner and a very short easy walk to Forsyth Park. Would highly recommend this property for your stay.

I lived in the area as a kid so the location was really fun for me. The apartment is exactly as pictured. The outdoor space was incredible to have. The beds we’re comfortable, the living room was so cozy and the kitchen was fully equipped and quite functional. Great host communication and accommodation. Can’t wait to make another trip back.

This clean, well stocked apartment is in an excellent location in the heart of downtown Savannah. The two balcony’s were nice to change from one to the other to get out of the sun. The beds were comfy. There was a bottle of Chardonnay upon our arrival (thank you) and the kitchen was stocked with coffee, sugar packets/creamer/salt/pepper with a little basket of packaged snacks. The corner bakery, Mate Factor, was charming and delicious for breakfast/lunch and for a fantastic dinner we suggest Chive Sea Bar & Lounge, soooo good. Parking was easy on this street and always available. It felt like a safe neighborhood and just blocks away from lots to do.

Spent a week with a friend while my son spent a week at SCAD. Mate Bakery was a morning staple and loved the yoga classes at Savannah Yoga. Although we walked everywhere, the better restaurants were about a 25 minute walk, which for our July stay was HOT. But the place was exactly like the pictures, very clean and aesthetically very cute

The place was very cute and spacious, perfect for the 3 of us! The property had everything we needed. The beds were very cozy! The only thing was did not realize was how far from River st, which was 1.1 miles away. When walking this was a trek but is close to Forsythe Park, which is absolutely gorgeous! We felt safe on the street we stayed. Cute little coffee shop on the corner, which is a must visit!

House was as advertised. Host was available for assistance and local recommendations. Quiet neighborhood with a coffee shop and grocery store just around the corner. Close enough to downtown that you could walk anywhere but just far away enough that our street wasn’t congested with all the tourists. The house was cozy and more than perfect for our needs. My wife fell in love with the place and lol immediately wanted to move in. Would definitely recommend and look forward to our next visit to Savannah.

Loved the property and location! Right next to a Kroger, but out of sight. In sight of the front porch was a nice Mate Tea restaurant that served great tea and sandwiches. Very clean and cool property. Furnished and decorated in a style that was modern while matching the timeless Savannah ambiance.

This is a wonderful property. Plenty of room and especially the closet space. Very clean. Both decks are very spacious and wonderful to sit out in morning or evening. Kitchen is spacious and well appointed. Just a few blocks from Forsythe Park and the trolley stop which makes getting around very easy. Check in and check out are made very smooth and easy with the communication screen in the hall way. We would definitely recommend this property.

My friend and I did a long weekend in Savannah for a writing and research trip and this place was perfect. Within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Great wi-fi which made working much easier. Rooms were very comfortable. We loved this place and will definitely be visiting again next year.

What a great spot for a girls weekend! Wonderful porch, plenty of space, walking distance to everything, and so close to Forsyth Park! River Street is about a 20-25 minute walk… beautiful scenery on the way. Kroger is SO close if you need anything you can just walk to the store. The kitchen is fully stocked too! We would come back - great spot! Thanks!

This was a beautiful and clean property. We enjoyed the outdoor balcony and front porch seating. This property is two blocks from Kroger and three blocks from Forsythe Park. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We walked to most places and we were easily able to call an UBER driver to pick us up when we couldn’t walk. There is an adorable coffee shop on the corner of the street. We will definitely come back to this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My husband and I and two of our friends stayed. A little difficult to get to by GPS bc there are 2 E Hall St. and there are 20 steep steps to get up to the apartment but what a gorgeous home.! Really well upgraded but still has the feel of old Savannah. Would definitely recommend. And it’s cheaper than a hotel room.

We so enjoyed our stay at 413 E Hall! The description of the home was spot on and so clean and inviting. The bakery had lovely selections of goodies and started our day out on a good foot. We were close enough to town to walk everywhere as nothing was too far or complicated.
The beds were very comfortable - the decor in the house is very attractive. So enjoyed the cool breeze coming through the kitchen from the front deck and the cozy out of the way back nook.
I know the trains are hard to ignore, but that was kinda fun.
Overall, great experience! My lifelong friends gave me accolades for finding this gem --- we loved our time in Savannah.

Perfect place for a girls weekend for 4 of us. 2 kings, 1 1/2 baths. Amazing location, quaint neighborhood with easy walking to the river or access to trolley. Living room and patio great for catching Ip with friends over wine. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

This property was great for our weekend in Savannah. The location was perfect as it was in walking distance of a lot of shopping, restaurants, etc., and just a short drive to the river. It was extremely clean & updated and was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend booking this place!

The location of this property is central to walk to everything. You really must walk Savannah to take it all in. The property has all that you need. Tastefully decorated with all the upgrades and yet has maintained the charm of a historical home.

We loved our stay! The apartment is so well maintained and just like the photos. Plus, it was in an incredibly walkable area. Highly recommend the coffee shop on the corner. We were in town for a wedding in Forsyth Park, and it was just a short walk away.

This property is great for a girls weekend or family getaway. Within walking distance of everything . If you don’t want to walk, you can catch the free bus that will bring you around historic downtown. Check in and out process was easy and smooth. Would recommend 100%!

This location was perfect for us. Very roomy. Plenty of areas to sit around and visit. Easy access checking in and checking out.. Had everything needed for our stay. Parking was no problem.. And we were with walking distance of many of our excursions.

This VRBO has it all! It is very spacious - complete with beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms, a fabulous lower level veranda, and the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! It is on a lovely, quiet street, just 3 blocks from Forsythe Park, 1 block to Kroger's grocery store, and 1/2 block from a wonderful coffee shop/bakery. A free shuttle bus to the downtown area can be picked up about 3-4 blocks away as well. We enjoyed our stay at this rental and agree that it was one of the highlights of our trip!!
