The house was cute, clean, and I wish we could have stayed longer. Only thing was that we didn’t know if we could check in early until the day of our arrival, and we misread the listing and thought there were 3 beds (when there are 2 beds and an air mattress). All was great and we would stay again.

Been to New Buffalo many times over the years but first time in Three Oaks. This house was absolutely adorable and the host was responsive and helpful. We used the hot tub in the evening and with all the light off it was so dark you could see a beautiful night sky. The beds were so comfortable (I have a difficult time sleeping when not in my own bed) and I even asked about the bedding because it was so nice! I would highly recommend this property. It was a little tight squeeze for me and my 3 teens, but with one on the couch and two in the guest bedroom, I still had my own bed ;) It’s also a few blocks from the downtown shopping area (we drove but you could walk)… the little shops were adorable and everyone was so nice. I would definitely stay here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The cottage was so nicely decorated and cozy! There were so many nice amenities included! The linens and beds were comfortable and kitchen was great with everything we needed. The hot tub was an added bonus that we really enjoyed! It was so nice also to bein walking distance to all the town has to offer. This was a 4 women little girls trip and we all said we'd come back here again!! Thanks so much to the hosts for such a great place!!!!

We stayed at this cottage with our 2 young children for a wedding at Journeyman! It was the perfect place! Cozy, warm, inviting, & super clean! 5 min walk to the distillery! Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Sycamore Cottage so much! The house was just as was in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The owners have put so much thought into the extras at the house. The hot tub was great. We loved walking the short distance to the different restaurants and sweet shops in Three Oaks. It is a beautiful town. New Buffalo is a short drive with lovely beaches and other restaurant options. Such a great time and would definitely return back!

This spotless, beautiful house was the perfect place for two of us to stay during a family gathering. Clearly the hosts have carefully thought of everything, from robes to coffee to wine to snacks on the dining room table. Furnishings are lovely and comfortable. We could not have been happier. Thanks! We'll be back.

We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful little home in the quiet town of Three Oaks. The website listing and details were spot on. We really appreciated the comfy towels, robes and the attention to detail throughout the home. The snacks were a great addition! We loved the hot tub! The grill was just the right size with extra propane available. The hot tub is huge and we felt secluded even with homes nearby. Washer and dryer were handy and the beds were very comfortable— loved the linens, comforter, etc. No detail was omitted! Thanks for the slippers! Lots of dishes, utensils and grilling tools. While some places/stores were closed Monday, we enjoyed strolling through the town. Really loved the hot tub! A park is in walking distance and the entire area is walkable. Good communication from the host and easy checkout. Thanks for everything, Ivan! Would love to come back!

This place is absolutely ideal - we had a wedding at Journeyman Distillery and it was 2 blocks away. The neighborhood is very quaint with amazing restaurants within walking distance. The house itself is ideal - very well equipped - and the hosts go above and beyond to supply you with anything you might need - down to fresh roasted coffee beans and a bottle of wine.

We had a great stay in Three Oaks. This home was perfect for our weekend away. We were easily able to navigate to Lake Michigan and near by wineries and towns. The home was well stocked and we were able to cook at home. It was quiet and a short walk into the Main Street of town. We found Three Oaks really delightful. This place is great for a quiet weekend away.

We rented this property for a weekend girls trip (group of 4 friends in their early 40s) and can’t say enough good things about it!!! The location is perfect to walk to downtown Three Oaks for coffee or breakfast or the Distillery for cocktails/dinner. The home itself is super comfy, as are the beds/linens and lots of extra touches like robes and snacks to make it even more special! We have rented many vacation properties and this is one of our favorites!!!

Perfect Location
We had an amazing stay here! Beautiful, clean and comfortable home. Walking distance to great restaurants & distillery. Owner called me to confirm the reason for our visit which threw us off as it was the first time i've had this happen. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Great touches throughout, including warm and cozy comforters, soaps, coffee, snacks (which our ten year old immediately raided). Just a great place to stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The Perfect Wedding Bungalo
My now husband and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful little home in Three Oaks. It was super clean and tidy. There were ammenities everywhere! They left us a large basket of snacks, granola bars and even a local bottle of wine! They had all the kitchen essentials we needed including a Nespresso Machine (which I now have to go buy because I'm obsessed). I had my bridesmaids in the space to get ready the morning of the wedding and it was wonderful! It was the perfect space to spend time together while still being able to spread out in the main room. We even had a snowstorm while there and when I woke up the next morning, there was a shovel and salt ready for me! It was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area! We think we will just always book this space when we are in the area!

Amazing Stay!
Myself, my husband, and my 5 year old daughter had an amazing stay here for one night while we were on our way to Great Grandma's house for the Thanksgiving holiday. We always need accommodation with a full kitchen because we have food allergies in our family. Cleanliness is so important to us, not just because of COVID, but also because my daughter can have contact reactions to her allergens. I can report that this vacation house is one of the cleanest we have stayed in! As an added bonus, I looked like a superstar wife because I just happened to book a place that was within walking distance of one of my husband's favorite distilleries (total luck)! We would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend the place to others.

Comfortable and inviting
This home was so cute and inviting. The owners (Ivan and Carly) thought of everything you would need. The kitchen was completely outfitted. And the extra touches provided were a wonderful and unexpected treat. The owners had a bottle of wine waiting for us, plus snacks and some great, locally roasted coffee beans. We enjoyed our stay. This was a great property, exactly as presented. It was very nicely decorated and clean. We felt very much at home. The wine and snacks were an extra special surprise and very much appreciated. We were attending a wedding at Journeyman's Distillery and the house is an easy short walk to the venue. Highly recommend this property and would stay again when in the area!!
