Balboa Peninsula Beaches und Mother’s Beach sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, also lass das Auto einfach an der Unterkunft stehen, die praktische Parkplätze auf dem Gelände bietet.

In diesem Feriendomizil erwarten dich 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer, ein Schlafsofa und ein Grill. Dank der Ausstattung mit WLAN und Kabel-/Satelliten-TV kannst du es dir so richtig gemütlich machen. Everything was great as expected, especially with the pages of lease agreement we had to read and sign prior to the reservation being fully accepted. The only complaint I have relates to the listing… nowhere in the listing or in the lease agreement did it say that the beach equipment (chairs, towels, body boards, umbrellas, etc.) was available for use. It was pictured in the listing, but did not specify that it was part of the rental. And the lease specifically said that the user had to provide their own stuff like that. It wasn’t until I was provided the access instructions upon check in time through a third party website that any of that stuff was okay to use without additional charges or rental steps. That would be my only suggestion: make that more clearly stated in the listing if possible.

The sound of the ocean and the breeze you can get nowhere else was amazing. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds.

You’re set in the rear upper apartment, kitchen and dining/living room area looks out over the beach’s and ocean. It was actually better being set back from the beach as all the other “beachfront” properties get a constant flow of people walking or cycling past (literally at touching distance) on the main beach path. Good size rooms with open kitchen / Dining / Living area. Felt safe and very private, would suit someone wanting a little peace and quiet, couples or a small family, very clean and well equipped. Garage and outside private patio / dining area and BBQ. Surfboards, Bodyboards, Boogie boards, Bicycles etc. Easy access to the beach and great parking, nice neighbourhood and friendly neighbours. Five minutes walk to the Pier and bars etc. Overall a very easy place to stay at, all communications and instructions regarding the property and its use were all pretty straightforward. Hope to go back!!

Property management employees woke us up at 7 am on Friday opening storage closets next to the garage, talking really loud and destroying our morning sleep. They parked in the spot next to our vehicle and had the management company decal on the side of their car. With the amount we paid for a vacation, this was unacceptable as I couldn’t go back into I sleep once woke from their noise. They were outside making noise for at least 3 hours as they were still there at 10 when we left for breakfast. House was nice and clean, but it was upsetting to have that noise be outside so early on the morning.
