My family and I have been visiting the Panama City Beach/30A area for more than 50 years. My husband and I visit multiple times a year. We have stayed in more places than I can count, including a luxury penthouse in Seaside. I can say, without hesitating, that "A Time to Remember" was, hands down, our favorite place to stay. It had lots of room, but felt cozy/homey at the same time. The location is perfect for any activity you enjoy...the beach, biking, restaurants,entertainment, shopping. It was clean, and had everything you need to enjoy meals in, and the beds were very comfortable. It was the first place we have ever stayed where the air conditioner actually kept the house at an even, cool temperature all day, even during one of the worst heat waves on record. I can not say enough good things about this cottage. And David and Lisa go above and beyond to make sure that the reservation process and check in is a breeze. They are two of the most genuinely nice people I have ever met. We met several people who were staying in some of their other rentals, and they felt the same way about David and Lisa and their rental properties. They definitely have a stellar reputation! We feel as though we have found our "home away from home" and can't wait to go back.

My family of 5 stayed a week here. The location of the home is diagonally across from beach access 83. Not a bad walk at all with 3 kids. Not a crowded location at all, peaceful beach. Thank you so much for a great stay.

I just loved this beach cottage! We had a wonderful time and Lisa was so kind and understanding as travels with my 86 year old mom can be a challenge. I did have to go buy her a rocking chair and we were able to fit it in our vehicle to take back to Wisconsin. I hope to be able to stay at this cottage again everything was wonderful.

We stayed at A Time To Remember in Laguna Beach and it was perfect. Laguna Beach is quiet, low traffic and the beach was easy access and not crowded. The cottage is beautifully decorated and the owner has provided everything for a comfortable stay.

small and quaint cottage. Very well kept and very quick walk to the beach. We always travel as mixed families and this worked perfect for us. We had 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The cottage is very well kept and clean. It has everything you need for your stay. The owners are very pleasant and helpful and will check on you throughout your visit. I highly recommend this or any of their properties.

This was a great travel stay. Beautiful home, great parking, easy beach access and fully stocked home. The responsiveness of the property owners was superb. There was nothing we needed that wasn't in the house. I think we will be visiting all of the properties owned by this group - if this one is any indication of how great they are - I am in!!
We were traveling with two married couples, a teen (17) and college student (22) with plenty of space. They college student loved the "closet room" and was pleased that it had a television. Not that he ever used it.
Wonderful and worth the stay. I loved having an outdoor showering space at the front of the house - made it easy to keep most of the sand outside!

Will definitely rebook this place.

For my family this beach house was a perfect location and the inside layout was also great with having our infant with us. Very accommodating. Clean. Relaxing and enjoyable!

On the other hand we could not watch a dvd as the player/remote control did not work but the tv with Netflix was perfect! Also there has been some road work the entire week to build the sidewalk so it has been very loud and we could not use the front room because of that but since there was an extra bedroom in the cottage it was ok. This house was perfect for our family. So many essential items were provided that we normally have to bring to other rentals. We loved the fenced in area for the kids to play while we sat in comfortable chairs. There’s also a picnic table. The beach is right across the street, with easy access. We would definitely be interested in this rental again.

Perfect for families
We’ve rented from David & Lisa for several years, and they are top notch in every way! This cottage is beautifully decorated, perfectly equipped, & steps from the beach! Highly recommend staying in any of their rentals. You won’t be disappointed.

Lisa was in contact several times during our stay and although we never had any issues, I’m sure they would’ve been resolved quickly if we had.
Thomas’ donuts is also super close. Highly recommend Thomas’. We visited 3 times during our stay.
Overall, we had an excellent week and would definitely book this cottage again!

The beach access was convenient too. The owners, David and Lisa, were very gracious hosts. We hope to stay again in the future.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The house had everything and more you could need and the owner was so helpful. We loved every second and hated to leave! We’ll can’t wait to be back here again!!
