It was okay room was kinda hard to find & they were renovating most of the condos other then that it was comfty

The property was very nice. Just as advertised. Recommend renting a golf cart from Coastal Carts as it is a pretty good walk to the beach and the beachside pool. Very nice comfortable unit.

We stayed here for our anniversary/honeymoon and we're not unhappy so much as we'd just probably not stay here again. Shower curtain had mold, even after several reviews pointed this out and they said they'd fix it, they didn't. We also had to call for them to reset the pin code to get in the door since the one they gave us only worked once and we couldn't get back in. Room was nice, the view was nice and it was peaceful. Just a few things probably need to be better managed. Otherwise had a good time! :)

The resort is fantastic with multiple pools, a view of the pond and walkable dining and beach access. I would stay again but do want to note that the place tracks in a lot of sand and there aren’t great tools to clean. I wish the condo had a decent broom or even a small dust buster to pick up the sand that one naturally tracks in from the beach. The patio was a highlight with morning coffee and comfy seating. The lake view was very serene with a lovely view of the sunrise.

Pedestrian oriented and amenities great with close proximity to beach. one drawback: no onsite manager during evening hours to call if you get locked out of your room.

We loved the location and its proximity to the quiet beach and multiple pools. The unit is in need of aesthetic repair. Dirty bathroom with a brown bathtub, mold around the edge, remaining pet hair from previous guests, and linoleum wood floors that are coming up are a few items that turned our nose.

The view was gorgeous! The property was beautiful! Friendly staff, great location and plenty to do without having to go far! Will definitely be back!

The room was very clean and well-maintained, the guy at the Vacasa office was very nice and helpful. We've stayed at Carillon many times before, but this will be our last time. Our stay was great until Saturday night, when some folks upstairs began having some kind of party and kept us awake all night with the banging on walls, floors, and screaming with other guests at the resort who also were kept awake by the noise. (I guess meth does that to you) The worst part of it was that there was ZERO support from any kind of property managers at Vacasa or at Carillon Beach Resort. We called every number we could find and all we were told is that if the problem continued, to call the police. Well, it did continue and we did call the police twice, but that was not enough to stop the problem or help us recoup our lost hours of sleep. As an added insult, before we could leave early Sunday morning (since we were already awake) we tried to take a shower and there was no hot water. As we were leaving, druggies were coming out of the upstairs unit and riding down the elevator with us headed back to whatever hell they came from. We will NEVER come here again.

Great views of the lake, bed was comfortable and pet friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and will be back. Restaurants in walking distance, was a little disappointed they were closed for the cold season to reopen in the spring.

Bed was comfortable. Bring linens and extra pillows if using the pullout couch. The room smelled like fish terrible. Location is good if not staying all day on property. There isn't a fireplace. Shower gets cold after 10 minutes.

I gave check in 3 stars because I was sent the door code the night before and it didn’t work when we arrived. I had to call Vacasa and have them issue a new one. The size and location of the condo was perfect! Grocery store and restaurants nearby. The bathroom had hair and was not as clean as it should’ve been especially during COVID. Kitchen and linens were clean.
