Our stay at Sea Breeze far exceeded our expectations - the room was much nicer than it appeared in the photos and had an adjoining kitchenette and balcony. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and we loved our stay here. Would recommend.

Fabulous location! Bed too hard for me.....apartment really great...I would ask for an upstairs apartment next time, as people above me noisy!

Location and cleanliness
A whiff of sewage is overpowering in that area, and there’s no ‘do not disturb/ clean room’ signs for the doors, so when it’s cleaning time it has to happen there and then, and you are asked to leave the room which is intrusive.

Clean. Close to harbour, tavernas and beach. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Cleaned every 2 days.

The apartment was eqiped with mosquito nets, bathroom was very good for a 3star hotel, also balcony was very big. Very quiet neighbourhood but in a centre, 5mins to the beach. Owners were very friendly. I was positively surprised by the app equipment (good shower, new aircondition, good building...) based on lower category of hotel.
Apartment floor was not clean, so we needed to clean it after we arrived the very first day. Kitchenette is small and basic, but we had enough of pots to prepare breakfast and even pasta for 4. We were missing knife and only had 2 spoons, also glasses are only 3.
Unfortunatell, the odour in Mastichary town was really really bad, canallisation is apparently not ok, but this is out of the power of the owners.

Location was great. Super family running the place. Adequate kitchen.

The large bedroom and separate kitchen were very comfortable and well maintained. The cleaning was regular and unobtrusive and property was located in a quiet area near the harbour and within a 10 minute walk of all village amenities.
The balcony is very narrow making it unsuitable for anything but reading a book.

Overall the stay was very good, the apartment was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly . The location very central to all amenities.
One incident of very noisy neighbours, but the apartment owner dealt with the situation , quickly and it did not happen again.

If you want a central location, sea front property with all the little Greek touches this is perfect. Costas and his family are so welcoming and lovely and really make the experience special, the breakfasts are A Must. The rooms are comfortable and clean and such great value. It’s right on the harbour and is a 30 second walk into Mastichari town with its amazing restaurants and sunsets and it’s location is also ideal for stunning morning runs. We were here to kitesurf for my boyfriend and the kite school was a short walk from the hotel. we had the most amazing time. X
