The attitude of the "caretaker" is somewhat straining (not sure if this is the owner) - as soon as we said that there was no frying pan and a saucepan, he immediately told us that the apartment was rented "as is" and if it didn't suit us, he was ready to cancel the reservation. Another feature of this apartment is that second-hand equipment is installed in the kitchen - at least a stove, which works conditionally and an oven. In general, everything looks like renovated, and many things are done very carelessly. The general impression is that the owners don't care about the convenience of the customers. For example, in the bathroom, the sink is set very low (no more than 60 cm), so people of normal height have to bend over strongly to wash. Heater constantly leaks (throws water), but the drain is made in such a way that it makes it difficult to use the toilet. The shower is unlimited and everything gets wet when used. Wi-Fi has a minimal level of security and, in fact, does not differ from similar ones in public places). But the number of TV channels is impressive ... We were only 2 adults and we were not cramped, but for 3 or 4 adults this is unacceptable neither in the presence of sleeping places, nor in the presence of dishes ... There is only one wardrobe and is in the bedroom. But clean and the location is perfectly acceptable. Perhaps for some, all these inconveniences are natural, but if we knew about it, we would have found a more convenient place.

Very nice location: a quiet street within walking distance from a big avenue with shops. New building in a great condition.

While the kitchen does have all the required furniture, it lacks dishes, pots and pans.
