Beautiful property, exactly as advertised! Plenty of room for 3 couples. Very clean and great communication with property manager. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful home, and very accurately described in the description! Ground floor had outdoor lounge couches, 4 lounge chairs by the pool, the grill and a lockable room with a kayak, paddle board, extra beach chairs, fishing poles, & pool floaties. Stairs leading up to the 2nd floor had the large kitchen, a bedroom with queen bed and attached bathroom, laundry & family room. 3rd floor had master bedroom with a king bed, beautiful bathroom, walk in closet with windows everywhere to take advantage of the view. Another bedroom with a queen bed and spare room with 2 twin beds shared another very nice bathroom. Plenty of windows, natural sunlight & private balconies off each bedroom. Home was stocked with all of the essentials; beach towels, kitchen appliances, and laundry room. It was well equipped, but all arranged so that it was a very clean and modern look. Home was only minutes away from grocery stores, resturants, bait shops & gas stations. Quiet & safe road but close proximity to everything. Beautiful oceanview, on the canal, that had pelicans, iguanas, & manatee to watch. We caught plenty of fish off the canal as well. Thanks for the wonderful vacation!! 🌞🌴

Everyone loved the home-east to find easy to relax but not easy to leave! We want to stay forever!

This home was beautiful, perfectly situated with a great view of the ocean and easy access for your boat on the canal. We enjoyed sunrises from the master bedroom and balcony and the beautiful skies at sunset. Pool was heated so that we were able to swim in December. The home was exactly as advertised in the pictures, spacious for a group of 8 to 10 with good privacy and balconies. well stocked with nice linens and towels for all. We saw dolphins from our balcony, a manatee came to visit us on our dock. Had a wonderful afternoon snorkeling at Sombrero Reef, which was only about a 30 minute boat ride from the house. Would definitely recommend! Guests need to be prepared for the stairs.

We loved our stay at Villa Abre! It was immaculate! We went with our family and the house was set up perfectly for the seven of us. It truly was a dream vacation and I would definitely stay there again! Thank you!!

We love the size of the property and also access to so many parks and water activities that was available to us! The rental property was so helpful and very quick to answer all our questions!

The house was great, central location, nice dock, quick access to bay side, clean, modern and excellent amenities. Unfortunately, all of that was soured by our experience with the property manager. When we first arrived, the pool was green around the edges. Due to regular turnover, we figured it had been treated with chemicals just before we arrived and it would get better as the days went on. It was certainly not something we thought we needed to call the property manager about right away. A few days later, the PM asked to stop by to pick up some things from the owner's closet, which we happily agreed to. While the PM was there, we happened to mention that the pool had gotten progressively worse as a heads up so they could make sure it’s clean for the next guests. At no point did we make a big deal about the issue, we were polite and frankly thought we were doing them a favor. The following morning, the pool cleaning company showed up and brushed the pool and rinsed off the filter. We thought that was very responsive and a great gesture by the property manager. That is until we received a bill for $275 to replace the filter (which they did not do, only rinsed it) and brush the pool. The property manager repeatedly accused us of washing out snorkeling equipment in the pool and mentioned that using sunscreen also causes the pool to turn green. We live on the water and own a pool, never have we had an issue like that and of course we did not wash our snorkeling equipment in chlorinated water. We also had a fresh water washdown on the boat that we used as soon as we got out of the salt water. Naturally, we pushed back about the charge. After spending a considerable amount per night to rent the home, we thought it was ridiculous to ask us to pay for a maintenance issue like cleaning the pool. That is when the property manager became hostile and started blasting off messages making wrong assumptions about where we live, how we used the pool and the condition the pool was in when we got there. She continued to argue over text and VRBO messaging insisting that she was “irrefutably” right and we were wrong. We have been going to the keys for years and have never had an issue. Honestly, this could have all been avoided. I would have never thought about leaving a negative review had the property manager not been so condescending, antagonistic, abrasive and argumentative. The way she treated us is definitely not the way one expects to be treated by a host.

Beautiful home with breathtaking views. Our family enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need. Kids loved the ping pong table, and kayaks. Adults loved the pool and watching beautiful sunsets. Lots of amenities and the beds were very comfy. Great week in the beautiful Florida Keys.

This property was amazing and with that we had an incredible week of vacation. The house was immaculate both inside and out. Incredible views from every room. The pool area which includes an outdoor kitchen is a beautiful setting and everything is right there for convenience. It was so easy to drop the paddle boards and kayaks in the water and play around in the ocean. You can paddle quite a far away out and the depth is anywhere from 12 inches to 5 feet and crystal clear. We saw fish including a barracuda and even a 4 foot nurse shark which swam directly below our kayak. What an experience! Meredith Tracy could not have provided better service. She was in contact with us the entire time and we will definitely be using her again!

Our family spent a week in this lovely home in June 2022. The house was in perfect order when we arrived. The amenities were wonderful. Our family ranges in ages from 6 years to 70+ and all were entertained! Will certainly look forward to a return trip!!

The only thing that would have helped is a little more instruction on getting the boat in and out in the shallow area near the house. After the first time it was no sweat. First time was a little tricky. Everything else was great.

This is our third time staying in Marathon however our first at this property, and it did not disappoint! The house was fantastic with everyone getting great rest, enjoying coffee out on the balconies to enjoying a family game night downstairs near the pool enjoy music and watching TV outside. Watching the Eagle that lands across the canal on the house across the way to seeing manatees in the canal swimming freely, this was truly an amazing week The pool was fantastic, heated and warm the only disadvantage is there’s only son in the morning and a few hours in the afternoon Our host was very responsive! We would definitely stay again!

The house is beautiful! We selected this house because of the outdoor kitchen and pool area. We spent several days lounging around the pool and cooking on the grill. The view from the master bedroom balcony was breathtaking. This was a very restful vacation.

This house is stunning. We had a group of 7 and we had plenty of room. The best part was the outdoor living area & pool. We spent most of the time there. It is located on a quiet street with everything accessible off the main road. Beautiful drive to Key West; just over an hour with good traffic. Definitely recommend this beauty for your Florida Keys Vacation!

We travel quite a bit and this home definitely is ready for families to come and relax. The small things that take the worry away are all taken care of here. Plenty of towels, tp, paper towels, hand soaps, and even some of the even smaller things like spices, oils, bleach, detergent, items we typically have to buy and use once or twice were all there for us. It really cuts the shopping list down and lets you enjoy the home from day one. Kitchen is stocked and well organized. It's truly an easy home to operate, which is what you want on vacation. Views are very pretty, home next door not yet complete, but will be beautiful. Thank you for your great communication and making the home so user friendly. :)
